Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Not too great room cleaning. The mini bar was not filled up the last two days. They did not clean out used glasses and empty bottles. And the toilet was not cleaned during the last day of our stay. We came home late, so did not report it.
Nice hotel, great location, great with the roof top bar and pool. Nice room.

Staff were helpful and friendly, even giving us a free bottle of cava for my partners birthday. The location was superb, and the rooftop bar and pool were beautiful. Best hotel we have stayed at, would book again.

there was a piano playing til 22.45 which if you are with little kid its not okey ........ and the pool water was very cool but its aceptable because it was cold outside ...... the location was very good and the hotel itself was not bad either .

I had a room with a terrace, which was really nice! The room was outdated a bit. It’s the terrace that makes this room wow. Loved having a large terrace to lounge and sunbathe. Our room and terrace was right under the pool, but really not bad at all! Hotel overall was a bit outdated, but if you get it for a good price, then it’s an excellent option. Close to metro and walking distance to most things. Lovely neighborhood but I felt totally safe walking around. Close to a couple of great fun smoke clubs. Pool was pretty but water was so icy cold! I still took a quick dip but it’s definitely not ready for summer. I’d stay here again only if o for a room with a terrace

The room wasn’t very clean — dust was falling from the curtains, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. There was a strong chemical smell after cleaning, which triggered an allergic reaction. Shockingly, the reception demanded a doctor’s note to open the window! This is completely disrespectful to guests and a serious health hazard. The window didn’t even open fully! The hallway carpets looked like they had never been cleaned, and the sauna was downright scary — it smelled like urine!

The location is amazing , decoration and the hotel is renovated and new The housekeeping are not that ok They come and not cleaning , just making the bed that's it But to be honest that was the 1st day and I complained then they arranged everything next day But for the filling of the tea and coffee they didn't for the whole stay I have to ask eveytime One more thing there is no ramp on the entrance so I had to carry the luggage over the stairs

Everything was great! However there was an issue. I sent my parents at this hotel and In the booking there was breakfast included. The lady at the reception told my parents they had to pay for breakfast and they of course paid. But it is not okay, because i had my reservation for them with included breakfast.

Didn't always have enough bar staff on the rooftop, not a complaint, more feedback.
The hotel is in a great location and staff were super friendly and helpful. Nice touch having a complimentary mini bar that is restocked daily. The rooftop area is also great.

Ability to connect to Netflix or similar on room TV would've been a bonus. Tissues and shower cap in room would've been useful
Friendly and helpful staff. Good location as not too close to the main attractions /busy areas but close enough to walk to those if you wanted too. Great food.

They didn't clear our room on the first day but think this might have been an accident.
