We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Quiet hotel in the centre of Cordoba. We had a great room - very big and spacious. Really comfy bed and a great night's sleep. Breakfast was great with lots of fresh fruit and eggs made to order. Was nice to chill by the pool after a day sightseeing.

Beautiful hotel right in the centre of Cordoba, Underground car parking for our Motorbike right beside the hotel. The streets are very narrow but you can get down with patience as delivery vans use these same roads. The Breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly.

The power cut of 29/4 hit during our stay so that was an issue, the hotel was unprepared, the manager was in the kitchen making sandwiches, we could have done with some leadership in the dining room to ensure people were served their sandwiches (!) in order of arrival and to make us all feel someone was in charge! The wait staff worked hard but it was clearly very disorganised.
The room was compact but very nicely decorated and very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely with an excellent shower. Toiletries were good quality. Araceli on reception was particularly helpful and did her best, especially during the power cut when other guests actually were abusive to her.

TurkeyBreakfast was not enough. There was a construction in the hotel and workers started to work very early in the morning and walking on our room window which we didn't like. Because of the construction main breakfast saloon was closed I guess and it was very small and crowded.
Hotel location was perfect. We walked everywhere in 3-4 minutes.

United KingdomWe stayed in room 222 for 5 nights 31st Match- 5th April. Checking in was probably the friendliest in a long time. (Thank you Pilar!) Getting a nice warm welcome makes a huge difference. Our room was quite small but very nicely decorated with comfortable seating and had a modern large bathroom with fabulous rain shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. Most importantly the bed was comfortable! Absolutely fabulous breakfast every day where we were spoiled by lovely charming Isabel and her colleagues. Just one disappointment about the stay was the constant banging by construction workers who were updating the hotel throughout the day. We like to sleep in the afternoon before enjoying late evenings in wonderful Cordoba but it really was impossible. We did know about this prior to arrival so I’m not blaming the hotel in any way but I do wish we’d been informed that the hotel air conditioning wasn’t working! ( of course on our arrival it happened to be the hottest day of the year so far! ) If we had knowledge of this we would definitely not have stayed as sleeping in a cold room is what we’re used to. (The air conditioning never came back on during the 5 days of our stay.) I rate this hotel as being superb even though things weren’t quite as we expected and that’s mainly down to the really wonderful happy and helpful staff. (Isabel, Rosa, and Silva). Coming down to breakfast (that incidentally was superb) was always such a pleasure. I highly recommend staying here when you visit this stunning city. Just check that everything is working and the building work has been completed.
