Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The noise from the road by the pool, but happy to compromise for the location of the property. Lots of large groups of men.

The location was very accesible, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, for us was a city break to celebrate my birthday. I was very impressed with the kind gesture they made for me by delivering us a cake and a bottle of champagne accompanied by warm wishes! We had a great time and for sure we will chose this hotel a million times in the future!

The air-con was not the most powerful but this was still ok for us and unfortunately despite the array of breakfast items the temperature wasn’t very hot each day. I did opt for the fresh omelette station but if staying for a long duration this wouldn’t be an option
Great location and lovely staff. I had booked a suite and requested an extra bed instead of the sofa bed which the team were able to do. The facilities were clean and spacious.

The lobby toilets not very clean but that’s people for you who don’t clean behind them but that was about it and the of course the internet went down but was not the properties fault Also had to keep the Balcony door shut because the noise from the motor way was really noisy that was one of the downfalls of the hotel but apart from that was lovely.
The whole experience was excellent the room was spotless the bathroom was really clean lovely the restaurant was 10/10 even though there were other restaurants around you just wanted to go back for more of the wonderful food .. The Breakfast was great unlike some buffets where it’s the same repetitive spread on each station this was 20/10 this was the best buffet I have experienced travelling . Everything for a full enjoyable breakfast lots of variety there was an omelet station the omelet was ok but the rest of the buffet was excellent different pastries eggs bread etc complements to the chef’s and the same with the Italian restaurant in the hotel. The food was soooo delicious the panocha was sublime delicious..the staff were very friendly and helpful . Going back to the rooms the only thing missing was a microwave just to heat up left overs that could not finish at the Italian restaurant as portion size’s are big well worth the money . There was a pool we didn’t get to use it it did seem a bit crowed but still looked lovely and had a bite to eat from the outside pool bar not a lot of variety but enough for a quick bite to eat if you arrive around lunch … facilities were very clean …

The breakfast was pretty rubbish for such a nice hotel, the pool drinks service was lacklustre. There were no nice tissues other than toilet roll in the room, a kitchenette in the suite but no bottle opener etc. bottled water wasn’t replaced daily. And they charged us €6 for ice!
The property was very pretty, beautifully designed and smelt amazing. The location was brilliant. Very comfortable bed and the room was a great size with a lovely balcony. The inside bar was fab.

The hotel is very close to the motorway so the car noise at night is loud. Make sure you take ear plugs
Fantastic sized room and super comfortable big bed. The staff were excellent. I would recommend staying here especially for the short walk to the marina also.

The parking is very expensive even for hotel guests. This should be free or less. Some of the breakfast items are of questionable quality. Don't touch the bacon or sausage unless you want an ultra-processed feast! Most staff are friendly and happy but some are grumpy.
The lady at the breakfast buffet was amazing and she had service with a smile every day without fail. A real asset to the team. I have stayed at a number of premium 5-star hotels with over service and she easily belongs at those.

We didn’t realise there would not be any air con in March even though the weather was hot but it was fine as we made sure we were out of the room most of the day.
