Dirty facilities, like the regrigerator in the room could not be used it was so stinky; places used by guests were not cleaned (only a paper everywhere telling you that you should leave this facility as clean as you found it...) Walls are very thin, you can here literally everything from the neighbour rooms. We demanded non-smoking accomodation, but in this pension, there was only one "non-smoking" room, all the other rooms are allowed to smoke in so we could still smell it everywhere :( Staff does not speak English at all. I indicated our arrival time as asked on booking.com AND they asked me in email, too, so I replied them in email again. They did not reply to my email, and we could not even leave our luggages at the reception until check-in to the room was possible. Only thing they kept on repeating on the phone, was "check-in, three" (that was all they spoke English). Check out was also confusing, staff said differently than indicated at reception, of course it was our fault that we believed the staff member...

The rooms and the shared bathrooms could use a bit of modernization, everything was old, dark and small, so its a good place just to come to spend

The location is perfect, very close to the main beach of Alicante, and the price of the rooms were the cheapest in the zone,The bed was clean and comfy.

Staff is not english speaking. AC is terrible, no way to adjust the temperature. Curtains are outside the window and I couldn't figure out how to close them. There were teenagers in the next room and we could hear everything through the paper thin wall. You also hear a lot of traffic noise (earplugs recommended).

Room no. 6 had no window to outside, so if you need an open window don’t book this! Or perhaps it should be cheaper in price.

Towels are an extra cost. There are only two toilets and showers for about 8 rooms (some rooms are family rooms) and the shower closest to me had a hand held Showerhead which makes it very difficult to wash my hair so I didn’t use it. The fridge didn’t work. There’s no air con in the room just a very noisy fan. The decor is basic which I don’t mind in an inexpensive hostel but expected more with this price per night.

AC is controled by the hotel and they only turn it on at night, during which they alternate between turning on the AC in the two sides of the hotel (weird). It was hard to sleep when it was too warm. The room also had some mold in the ceiling.

Bathroom was ok, they should fix the shower though as the head doesn't spray the water properly. The toilet seat is also broken, but overall was a good value for money.

Good value for money. It seems to be run by two people. A man and a woman. The man is really nice. The woman not that nice. When we asked for extra towels, the man gave them to us but the lady almost wanted to take them back and questioned why we needed them.

This place needs a better staff and general services.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Instead of proper heating, there was only a cold fan in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the electricity went out for several hours, and there was no one at reception to assist the guests. They claimed the entire building was affected, but lights in the corridor and outside hall were still on, which seemed contradictory. Communication was also a major issue as the staff's English proficiency was extremely poor, barely a 1 out of 10. The only redeeming factor about this hotel is its convenient location. However, the windows are not double-glazed, so I could hear outside noise until midnight every night, adding to the discomfort. I would not recommend staying here unless you're desperate for a central location and can overlook these major inconveniences.

It is a sad excuse for a residency. The window doesn't close properly and it faces a central area so extreme pedestrian noise goes on until 3 or 4 am as if you were on the street. There was no proper wall between the rooms but some wooden barrier with holes in it. Other nice info: The bed sinks in the middle. The place stinks. Bathroom door is a joke. Even the internet was cutting.

We were allowed to check in really late at 2am for only 10 Euros. Very close to beach, restaurants and Marina. Free shower gel in shared shower. The pension is on the plaza which is ideal.

Although it is quite worn out place, the main problem are the tiny walls between the rooms, so you hear everything that is going on in you neighbor’s room (mine was making video calls to his relatives up to 2 in the morning). And windows don’t provide no sound proof of any kind. Since Alicante is famous for its nightlife, so expect to hear (mostly drunk) party people passing by loudly by your window up to 5 in the morning. But the lady at the reception is nice and helpful, if you speak some spanish.

She still wasn't there after 90 minutes I had to wait until 9pm to check in.

The staff was very rude and unhelpful.. The room was stinking and blankets smelled. Clearly looked like unwashed after the use. None of the staff could speak a word of English when it was mentioned in their description as one language. On top of that, we are asking for the invoice from so many days and there is no positive response from the hotel. Till date they are not providing us an invoice and saying that it will be given when booking.com pays them.. this js absolutely unacceptable and poor service

nothing I not staying there and till now I not receive money back. when I arrive lady for there is don’t now what room is have avabile is give me key one room is somebody room and she is say is forget is someone there is give me other key to other room where is one lady. on end is give me other room and I am disappointed about Room not clean properly. i left propriety and I rent to ibis hotel. I don’t recommend.

Everything is old (furniture,decor), receptionist doesn't speak English at all, price was too high for 1 small double room, shower was terrible to use, vecause water get everywhere on the floor as curtain isn't enough, there is no nice windows view.
