Helpfull & friendly staff. Good breakfast (wide selection of dishes). It was my businnes trip and very kind Lady at the reception desk agreed to give me the invoice document instead of the fact that the hotel had not received money transfer from the bookingCom yet. Muchas gracias!

For the price I was expecting a bit more.. it looks likes an entry level four start hotel. They don’t have double bed, they just add two single beds together to make it “fit” for couples. The rooms is not very clean (couch has many stains) and it smells bad if you don’t keep the room window open the whole time. It was impossible to take a shower without making the whole bathroom wet and for that our bathroom door was completely broken from water damage. We also missed a gym/place for sports, bathroom products (body lotion, hair conditioner..)

The Location is very good (2min walking from the Beach), our room was large and comfortable. The breakfast is also good with many options..

It seems that cockroaches are a common issue across the island, and unfortunately, the hotel wasn’t an exception. While the staff kept the place clean, it was still something that affected the experience

The hotel is clean, modern, and fairly good maintained, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and always helpful. The pool area is fantastic, and the food is OK. Perfect location, just a short walk to the beach. It is good value for money, you get what you pay.

Entertainment was not up to standard & drinks at the entertainment venue were very pricey.

Mostly good - noise at that rear – the roadside – can be a little noisy – just unlucky if you get a room that side.

Breakfast had lots of variety. A bit busy when we were there – perhaps to avoid the busier times in the morning.

Like many places there are signs saying you cannot reserve sunloungers yet everyone does . Some of the prime spots are bagged before breakfast and not used. Also the balcony’s are very small and mine didn’t get the sun at all so if you want to have a room with outdoor space go for a terrace at the back of the building so you don’t have a constant stream of people walking by

Unfortunately, although the rooms are very large, the bathrooms especially are quite tired and need updating/mainenance. They are definitely not up to the price of the room. The rooms are clean but especially the bathroom was tired with cracked mirrors, rust and in need of updating. They are still functional and clean.

The breakfast at the hotel is very good with many choices, and lots of staff to keep everything topped up and clean. We did not have dinner at the hotel so cannot comment on this. The room was a very good size, was clean and the housekeeping came everyday and did a great job.

Room size was decent though odd shaped bathroom. Air conditioning worked well and breakfast was super. Very close to key areas of Playa del Ingles
