Location and room slept up to 4 people with queen bed and sofa bed. I also liked having codes to doors, so there were no keys to keep track of.

The towels were clean but old and the WC facilities were also a little bit old.

The location is excellent! Late check in is also feasible. They changed the sheets and towels everyday. It is a lively neighborhood and there a lots of restaurants and cafes just around the corner.

Could be loud because of its location especially waste disposal collections in early morning and noise from adjacent apartments in a multi story old building…. But it was fine for me.

Perfect location, very simple with no real facilities but good room, shower, coffee/tea making facilities and straightforward checkin with great helpful friendly staff.

No hotel facilities, as it is a hostal only, there were no communal areas and the reception was covered only in afternoon/evening. It is also a bit tricky finding it, especially in the evening when it gets sark as not big sing at street level.

I had a great stay! The room was spacious with a large window facing the street, which I really enjoyed. The location is excellent, and the check-in process was smooth with a warm and welcoming staff. The only downside was that the showerhead holder was installed in an uncomfortable position, which made showering a bit awkward—but the water pressure and temperature were great. Overall, a very good experience and great value for money. I would definitely recommend!

Good location, everything is close, perfect stuff, lady during the check in was super positive and nice, he looked very tired but still smiling 🤗 second receptionist opened our room by mistake probbably, she looked realy shy, its okey happens sometimes, good hotel, goot staff, free water coffe and tea. room a little bit small espeasially bathrooom but for short stay its a normal.

The shower head, and the holder was in a really bad condition, spread the water in a chaotic way and almost ripped out of the wall. The A/C was functioning really inneficiently, we could not controll the temperature, we just set it to 30'C then it could reach 23-24'C

The hotel is on the second floor of an apartment block which can be a bit noisy, especially the AC units.

no one to reach when you need , they are only available between 14:00 and 22:00 which is the problem, when you need support in the morning or late night. Also , there is no phone number provided in case (except a generic number which was useless). Also some staff at reception could not speak english at all

No mirror in the rooms makes it difficult to check yourself before going out. A cheap mirror for 10 euros should be put in the rooms.

Everything was good.

We were upgraded to a bigger room which was great. There was a fridge, tea/coffee/biscuits and a huge Smart TV. The location couldn’t have been better, with all the main attractions very close by. Staff were brilliant. This is the 2nd ByPillow hotel we’ve stayed in and I would definitely stay in them again.

Best location to walk to Mercado de San Miguel and Plaza Mayor. Room was very clean and comfortable. Private bathroom! Coffee and water included!
