The room was way overpriced. We had to ask for supplies, as they were not always replenished without a request. So, value for the $$ we paid for 5 stars did not measure up to the exhorbitant price.

Facilities were excellent, check in staff great. The rest of the staff was responsive. The location was excellent. Good food.

This is one of the best hotel I have ever stayed in Europe. Staffs are very much helpful, friendly, do speak English very well. Room is very clean. Location is in the heart of Barcelona closed to many important places!

Delicious breakfast. Very attentive staff, excellent concierge and housekeeping service. Bed was turned down each night with slippers bedside. Exceeding expectations.

Our stay at The One Barcelona was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room layout was unique and thoughtfully designed—different from the standard hotel setup, but in the best possible way. We absolutely loved it. The location couldn’t have been better, allowing easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. Service throughout our stay was consistently quick, efficient, and professional, making us feel genuinely well taken care of without ever needing to ask twice. Breakfast was another highlight. The à la carte offerings were top-notch, with fresh, high-quality options that made every morning feel like a treat. Honestly, there wasn’t a single thing we could complain about. The One Barcelona exceeded our expectations, and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Amazing location, close to shops, cafes, metro. Staff are so attentive & friendly. Facilities and comfort are exceptional and it’s so quiet. The spa, gym & roof top terrace are stunning. Thankyou David for looking after us.

The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every detail was taken care of, and they made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. I would like to have the option of cold water in the shower.

Very clean property with a very attentive staff, the location is perfect if you want to walk through Gracia. The breakfast was delicious and the comfort of the bed and pillows perfect to have a good rest. I really recommend this hotel and I would like to stay there again.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We flew in from the US and were able to get in our room earlier than normal check in time which was a huge deal. The location is absolutely ideal! The bed was fantastic and have inquired about how I can purchase some of these incredible pillows (I have travels the world and am a professional hotelier) and would relate these the BEST ever! You will not go wrong with this hotel as everyone is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!
