Very little not to like. The wine tour was very informative, and the red wines are notable. I think a dedicated wine cave of some kind would help the experience.

Excellent service and friendly staff, stunning grounds and facilities. Beautiful restoration and common areas. Dinner was exceptional.

Everything about this Hotel was perfect. The rooms are modern, comfortable and large. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and local. The dinner was also very special. The pool (salt water) was fantastic, with views and ambience that instilled a sense of total tranquility. A very special place.

a truly exceptional nice place - wonderful location within a very nice previous farm very friendly and engaged staff, very beautiful landscape, very well taken care off, excellent breakfast choices, dinner restaurant with excellent choices as well very spacious rooms, superior rooms with very nice terrace a magnificent (very very big) outdoor pool overlooking the sea in a super nice and spacious garden setting Staff all very friendly and very care taking - all in all very worth the money spent and a wonderful relaxing holiday

Nothing. For us it was near perfect. I guess if I was to pick one thing is the restaurant had a fairly limited menu choice but that may be because we are there end of season and not too many guests. However, what we did have was delicious 😁

A beautiful tranquil spot but close to coast and city. A lovely setting, nice and quiet which we enjoyed due to end of season. Lovely surrounds, on point design and great service.

Nothing as everything is perfect.

Beautiful place with an amazing team of people making my stay an exceptional one. I spend one week with my daughter and literally we loved any moment of it. From the breathtaking surroundings to the exquisite food. Everything was like one could only imagine a perfect gateway in Minorca. A huge thanks for the staff who helped to find a new flight for us when our has been cancelled. A definite must see on my list. I will be back :-)

Needed to stay longer. There was nothing we didn’t not like

The whole experience was brilliant. 24 hours was not long enough to try out the spa etc, as we squeezed the wine tasting in, the restaurant in the evening along with the horse rinding around the vine yard too. This place is truly special and you are made to feel that from arriving in the car park being greeted etc Staff are very well trained. We found the whole experience very intimate and special. The rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, light with amazing views that lead out to your private garden /terrace with the smell of lavender/rosemary

The restaurant menu was a little restricted and sides were not really offered. No change throughout our stay.

Loved the room, the sea in the distance, garden buzzing with bees and butterflies. Ambience chilled, so pleased we came. Staff well trained and friendly, also speak good English. Breakfast was fab.

Everything was perfect.

This is one of the best hotels I visited in my entire life. Exceptional service that makes you feel at home, not in a hotel. Food and wine were outstanding and the staff hospitality and attentiveness was on the highest level. I cannot think of even one thing that bothered us. Everything was perfect.

The only thing I’d suggest is a bit more variation in food options by the pool.. maybe a light bites section or something more simple. It was all very gourmet food which can be a bit much everyday.

Stunning hotel, everything is so well maintained and there was so much attention to detail. Lovely breakfast and the pool area is amazing.. huge pool and very comfy beds. It was so peaceful and quiet.

I loved it all.

It’s only open from April to October so its one of those special places you have to wait for. The landscaping is natural yet modern. There was a tortoise living near our room.
