The room was very basic with the tea and coffee making facilities quite poor with disposable cups. When requesting milk, we were asked to go down to the reception to collect which again, was a bit self service style.

It would be easier if one could indicate in advance the info about the arriving flight, so that the shuttle would be waiting outside (instead of calling the hotel). In my case, calling with roaming was as expensive as tanking the taxi to the hotel. I did the latter, and did not use the shuttle to get to the hotel.

The location isn’t at the airport (although there is a free shuttle bus) the room was very basic and the staff were ok. Unless you have a car, getting anywhere from here is very expensive

Very nice, easy to reach with onsite parking, super close to the airport. The Pool & Spa area is really nice - all included in your night's hotel fee. Absolutely recommend for anyone needing a night before a flight or after!

It's close to the airport French side (7min in the car) ..There is a pickup from the hotel..you need to reach the pvt parking and call them.. they take 10-20 min for pickup..they also will drop you back to airport..Which was convenient if you have a early flight from Basel..

Everything there was as could be expected. The Japanese toilet took some time getting used to. But it is not bad, just different.

Hotel restaurant was terrible. They were definitely lacking staff on Saturday night and it took forever to get food. My husband's food was almost cold. We will never eat there ever.

The restaurant menu was very limited and the food and service were both disappointing. How could a French restaurant serve a half-bottle of red wine in an ice-bucket? It was terrible cold, and only improved to mediocre when it warmed up because the plate of cold cuts and salad I ordered took so long!

Friendly and efficient staff at check-in, including arranging my Tesla shuttle from the airport, which was appreciated despite the long wait (20m?). Slow check-out with lots of computer problems printing my receipt.

The hot tub and pool needed to be warmer. Would love some good vegetarian dinner options in the restaurant.

Quiet. The shuttle from the airport was very helpful. Very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast staff and excellent breakfast. Was glad to do a swim workout in the pool. The bar man was kind to make non-alcoholic drinks for me. Staff were friendly and spoke English when I needed them due to my simple French. The massage woman was excellent. Thank-you.
