Photos on site match the room and has everything you want for a 3 night stay. Large bathroom with good shower. However, the kitchenette cupboards are far too high and my husband at 5 foot 8 could only reach them on tip toe. This makes the microwave at same height very dangerous. No sink plug for kitchen sink. Bedroom is very small and very hot even in April. Reception staff excellent and let us use parking before arrival time. Would stay here again.

The staff were helpful and efficient. They were so kind regarding our dog and presented us with a little doggie bag which was a really lovely touch. The location was excellent being within walking distance of the main sights. The room was functional and suited our needs perfectly, especially as we had kitchen facilities including a fridge. The bed was super comfy and a really good size. We were very impressed by the accommodation so much so that we then stayed in a sister hotel in La Rochelle.

Payment of €250 to cover any damage. Hotel confirmed that the €250 by evening of departure. In fact it taken 4/5 days before the monies are returned to your bank.

Nothing negative to say.

Location, no nonsense basic hotel that had everything we needed. Secure parking for €9 per night. Breakfast catered for all tastes. Gluten free bread was available as standard. Small kitchenette that had the necessary basics.

No air conditioner, but we weren't expecting one. Our room was so large that watching the television was difficult. The set was a long way off if you were sitting on the end of the bed and the chair that was closer wasn't comfortable. It's not often we complain about a room being too large!

The hotel is right next door to a supermarket so it's easy to get provisions if you wish to self cater. The breakfast was good and the young woman working there was very busy making sure nothing ran out. She was pleasant and hard working. All the staff were kind and helpful. The secure parking is on the ground floor at the back of the hotel so you can walk from the parking area to reception and the lift. It was a nice place to stay with a nice atmosphere.

Double bed was a little smaller than other Appart'City hotels we have stayed in.

Very convenient to town, staff were extremely helpful, room was clean and well equipped, great parking under the hotel. Very close to supermarket, restaurants and boulangerie, nice area.

We had to pay a deposit we didn't know about of 250 euro, which was more than the actual stay price.. for us (students) that was a lot of money and really set us back on our budget for the trip. We only stayed in Angers for two nights, but we only got back the deposit 2 days after our depart, so basically our stay was 400 euro instead of 150.

There was always someone at the front desk, the staff was friendly. The room was well equipped and comfortable. Close to city centre.
