He remembered our names after 2 days - during check out. Outlets on both side of the bed. Wifi strong. Fruit and free coffee available in the lobby 24 hours. Great affordable location for visiting Lyon by train. Breakfast was OK - probably wouldn't choose this unless included in the price of the room. Good coffee, though

United KingdomSometimes the breakfast ran a little low when they were busy.
Rooms were clean with room service every day and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was basic but good. The hotel itself is clean and tidy and despite being in the town centre I didn't hear any noise from outside. Top tip received from the receptionist - always ask them to check your room key will open your door before going up to it. We were on the 5th floor and a few times the card wouldn't open the door so had to go back down to reception to get his rectified.

BelgiumCar park was paying which wasn’t clear from the booking and quite tight. Towels basic bed soft soap dispenser was broken so a bit difficult to use and a teeny tiny wc which felt like solitary confinement
Bedroom and bathroom was clean. And quiet Air con already on. Shower good Breakfast very good selection of food fresh fruit cut into a bowl. Choice of 2 different coffee machines. Very attentive staff Chapeau

AustraliaThe breakfast hot food wasn't always hot and the bacon wasn't cooked enough for my liking.
We were given 2 rooms as requested with accessible facilities and close to the lift. Breakfast had good choices of hot and cold food. Coffee and the bar downstairs a nice meeting point for our group of 6. The shutters on the windows provide privacy and protection from the sun. The wait staff were knowledgeable about the local wine. The Ayers Rock pub next door serves a nice lunch!
