Hotel owner did not speak a lot of English, however we made do with google translate.

Property was very close to the train station and tram line, very accessible and in walking distance to old town and eateries. Location was very quiet. Very clean, quaint French rooms and old French memorabilia, spacious bathroom and had a lift, which was easy to get bags up to room. Continental French breakfast at extra cost was lovely each morning.

At Amazon I would rate it with 4-5 stars; here I only can say my stay was "very good", much better than in many 3-star hotels. The "exceptional" or "superb" satisfaction categories I simply cannot afford, these are too expensive. "Very Good" is better than expected, if it would be worse than expected it'd be "Bad". It's a very fine 2-star place!

The location is quiet, close the the train station but far enough not to be noisy and toward the historic part of town, but not there, so no crowds of people, nor restaurants in the basement. The room appeared freshly renovated, everything in best order, not as one could expect from a 2-star city hotel. Small yes, but functional and modern with a vintage touch.

You have and you get everything you need. The receptionist is very friendly and very helpful eventhough he does not speal English. He is very supportive and with a little patience you can communicate. All in all it was a pleasant stay. The parking opportunity of course is a plus, but be aware - driving skills needed.

The price could be lower for the small size of the room, but it is still acceptable for Grenoble where all small hotels are significantly overpriced.

Very good location close to the railway station, tramway and Isere. The place is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are equipped with everything what is necessary. Nothing particular but correct. If you need hotel just to sleep and work with computer (not a whole day) it will be fine for you.

Breakfast. Coffee and mainly pastries. When I went to get yoghurt it was in a locked cabinet. The plus side was that the coffee machine meant you can have coffee any time of day.

Location was excellent, walking to everywhere, restaurants, supermarkets, sights. Clean. There was a lift. Air conditioning was much appreciated because we were there on a 40C day. Good beds. Staff were helpful. Rooms had character.

It would be helpful for international guests if the receptionist could communicate in English. I didn't get a prompt response to questions at times. Perhaps the hotel may consider improving its responses to queries from customers.

Great location right in the center of the city, both the train station and the river promenade are mere minutes away. Room with air conditioning and plenty of space, Wi-Fi is fast and stable.

The location was very central and surrounded by restaurants and shopping areas. The price-quality ratio was ok for the area and the dates. It was easy to park around.

Aircon worked well, however it was very loud,we couldnt adjust temperature, it was centraly set to 19 degrees, so ui was cold during the night. Room was missing towels first day.

We went out for breakfast as the breakfast area looked a bit small and we were concerned that it may not be suitable. It would be better if we were aware of what the breakfast consisted of and would have made a different decision.

It is reasonably priced in a central location.The air conditioning was good, in some hotels it is barely adequate but here it was good. The garage facility was also very handy situated next door to the hotel.

Booked last minute on return from TDF, recently decorated, couldn't fault the hotel at all, the lady who I assumed ran the hotel was very nice, she spoke french and English.
