Small stairs but not a problem

It was a good room for the price. We could also leave our bags and the staff was very nice

Mattress was tooo soft for me (72 kg). I was sleeping like in a hammock.

Fridge in the room and air conditioning were quite useful with 30+ C outside. Staff was very helpful and nice.

small stairs, if you have problem with stairs be careful, room could be cleaner room had a windowdoor to a small terrace but it was not possible to shut, other rooms had also access to the terrace,

Possibly a little dated but perfectly clean and functional.

The hotel is a good, no-frills establishment. The rooms are basic, clean and comfortable and the location is excellent.

Nothing really. Just as a side note; for people that are lazy or find it difficult to walk up stairs, just beware that every time you go out and come back in I’m sure they add another floor.

Location is fantastic, staff were lovely. Hotel was very much like me, simple but clean.

No elevator. Which is hard on the 4th floor. But the stairs are wide and you can carry things together.

The air condition! The location with its proximity to the beach was amazing. The neighbourhood had a lot of normal people and restaurants, not just tourists. Quiet during the night.

The lovely cleaner lady helped me and carried my luggage up several flights of stairs without being asked. Thank you, your a star !

The host greeted me and allowed me to park my car outside the hotel as I had some equipment in it that I was concerned about security, so it was not an issue.

The stairs are a little steep but that is normal in these older character hotels.

I liked absolutely everything, lovely lady who runs the hotel had always a smile and advice for me. Also location was excellent- near the beach and also near train station. Restaurants and bars are very near by too. Room was clean and bed comfortable- I slept so well. 🙂

The hotel manager super kind, help me postpone my reservation to second day. Due to some unexpected reason, have to change my schedule. Even though I have not found the password for enter the hotel. The hotel guest are So warm hearted to help out. Feels like the hotel family. Location is perfect. Surrounded by super market, bakery. near train station and bus station to Nice Airport. Beach is a block away. Easy access to the beach and look at sunset. Very convenient place. Room for me is okay size. Has everything I need. Clean bed and towels. To say 1 star hotel. I’d say, it’s more than one star.

The beds were not comfortable, and some of the bed beams kept on falling out. The walls are paper thin so everything can be heard. There was a stain on one of the bed sheets, and the shower was dirty around the edges. Quite dated. Expensive for what it was.

The location was brilliant- right near the beach and in walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants. The lady at the desk was very helpful and called me before my arrival with the code for the door and explained how to get to my room. Great to have had aircon and a fridge. Lovely powerful shower.
