It was bit farther away from the centre than I realised, due to the hill. Breakfast was a little inconsistent.

Comfortable, modern spacious room and bathroom. Good choice for breakfast. Useful to be able to park in the hotel car park (for extra charge). Could walk to all city centre places of interest and restaurants (10 - 15 minutes).

wrong sign displayed in lift and reception staff telling us incorrect times, causing confusion around breakfast end times. We came down at 9.45 thinking we had until 10.30 but it had finished at 9.30. We had pre-booked and paid for breakfast so would have appreciated a phone call to our room to clarify why we hadn't come down. Otherwise everything was good - kids loved the pool and staff were nice.

Having left our room to go to town at 8:30 in the morning - and having left the We Are Out sign on our door - we returned at 16: 15 to find the room had not been cleaned. In fact it still hadn't been cleaned by 17:00 - despite having asked Reception to expedite. When the room was finally cleaned at 17:15, the job was not done properly.

Modern hotel. Lovely big room. Very comfortable king size bed; nice linens Very good breakfast. Quiet location - just a short (10 min) walk to centre / Chateau de Blois / cathedral. Plenty of (paid for) parking : hotel, local car park & underground car park.

Pool is open 10-8. Would’ve been better 9-9 for example. Paying for hotel parking. In the family room the air conditioning unit is above one of the single beds, so anyone sleeping in it feels blasts of air and hears noise from the unit throughout the night.

The facilities are great. Beds comfortable. Family room isn’t huge but is fine for one night. Breakfast buffet lots of choice. Very family friendly. Location. Helpful and friendly staff. Check in/out times.

Not enough Turbo Chargers for electric vehicles and the 2 existing ones were occupied by cars that did not charge but just claimed the space because they had electric vehicles.

Broken kettle meant no morning coffee, so I asked at front desk for hot water and for the lady to make 2 coffees using the free sachets as the kettle was broken and was told it would cost me 6 euros. The hot water and sachets were directly behind the lady and the front desk. Bad attitude of staff member. Dissapointed to experience that. Really it would have been no trouble at all. I even asked in french !

Uncomfortable pillows and my side of the bed seemed lower at the head end, making it a little uncomfortable. Easy to fix though.
