Italythe rooms are very small, perhaps smaller that declared sizes in description. We know that the problem with space is common in Lourdes , but for a 4 stars hotel expected better room size. the parking is very small and although space was booked and confirmed , there was none on arrival. The matter has been resolved but after long journey and at night it is not what one wants to find on arrival.
The Hotel Roissy position allows easy access to the holy sites also to people who di not have easy walking facility The breakfast was beyond expectations and the personnel very helpful

The location was excellent - within a very short walking distance to the Basilica. The facilities were very good and hotel was well kept. The hot breakfast was decent. Generally an excellent choice for a trip to Lourdes. Very family friendly hotel.

IrelandThere was no sheet on the bed just a while mattress protector on the mattress and no sheet over it. I called reception and they said the housekeeper will bring me a sheet to put on my bed. I have never before given a room with only a mattress protector to sleep on. While I was out there was a pink sheet left on my bed. This sheet didn't appear to me to be freshly laundry like in other hotel. I paid 93 euro a night and 3.50 tourist tax and had expected a clean laundry sheet like in other hotel on the bed. Very disappointed at the standard of the bed. This is a four star hotel and I can't see why they do not have a clean laundry sheet on the bed which is standard in all hotel even 3 stars hotel and lower. Who has ever heard of anyone required to sleep on a mattress protector and paying 93 euro a night ?
The staff spoke great English and they were all very helpful and it was a pleasure to deal with them

IrelandChoices for vegararians in evening meals were very limited.
The hotel Roissy is perfectly positioned to visit the Grotto. Just a 2 minute walk down the road. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, clean. The staff could not be nicer , friendlier or more helpfull. We had 2 rooms that were inter connecting which was so handy for our family. The food in the hotel was really good, but my one and only complaint about the Hotel Roissy, was there was very little choice in the evening meal for a Vegetarian like me. Apart from that our stay was really comfortable and we will definately be staying in Hotel Roissy when we next come back to Lourdes.

United KingdomBeds and bedding , definitely need to rethink sheets for bed , using old fitted sheets for mattress very uncomfortable, asked at reception for them to be replaced which was done very quickly.
Location couple of minutes walk to the Sanctuary and Grotto, staff were excellent very friendly and helpful .
