Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

NetherlandsThe facilities are in the dire need of refresh.
The location is great, however there is only one comfortable ski access and if you live on the upper part of the hotel you'll be quite far from it

ColombiaCommunication could have been better on many "rules" and "conditions" of the property: There is no cleaning of the rooms and you are required to clean the room before checking out (clean dishes, appliances, vacuum the carpets and leave all kitchen items on shelfs organized). Also, according the the Village Montana website there are 2 types of rooms (Classic and Privilege) We paid for the Privilege and The difference was the room lockers (ones have direct access to the slopes the other ones are on the far side of the building and need to walk to the slopes) , and we got the rooms lockers on the other side of the mountain. There are apartments on the positive and negative side, making it very confusing. This could have been explained better and makes it not worth of spending extra if to them its basically the same
The access to the slopes is very easy, location of the property is great; close to restaurants, shops and ski rental. There is a Intersport rental location on premise, which makes the rental process simple and changes if needed a breeze. The Hotel itself also has a very nice restaurant, in case one doesn't want to leave the hotel. The hotel has lots of ski rooms and each room has its dedicated ski locker.

United KingdomWifi very poor and ski lockers lack boot warmers so we took our boots to the room every night. Actually quite good putting them on up there without the crowds!
Good location for ski in ski out. Ski hire shop on site excellent. Restaurant on site has a lovely ambiance.

United KingdomBooking.com let you message the property but as we found out not all messages made it clearly and it is better to message the property directly if you need parking or any additional support. Don't rely on the booking.com messaging service.
This property is very reasonable for where its us located. I love the location. Ski in and out near the best lifts and a short walk to the centre. A spar and coffee shop very close and nice reception staff. Check in was easy. Parking was easy and close. The room was as you would expect. One room. Pull out bed. Small but cosy. Warm. Comfortable and balcony viewing the slopes. What a view. Separate toilet to bathroom. Bath tiny but shower good and hot. Kitchen small but fine for what we needed. Not a big oven though so beware you can't cook anything bigger than a lasagne. No way would a pizza fit. Dishwasher and everything you need. They also supplied some dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid and clothes. Ski lockers were a bit odd we were 208 so they were at the back of the building not near the main slopes and it was hard getting in and out. If you have small children ask for a locker near the ski in ski out part. Everyone our side seemed to use their balcony. Staff were very helpful and kind and we used the ski hire shop in the accommodation which was excellent. Would highly recommend. Would love to stay again.

United KingdomJaspers outside is an embarrassment to the area , the staff have become rude over the years , feel they have a right to smoke instead of serve - the place is shut in the sun at 17:30 . Sort them out. A meal inside was good. It’s such a great spot and could be a gold mine
Location is excellent and the place does it job to well.

United KingdomA bit outdated. Showers could use with an upgrade as water temp isn't consistent and pretty low pressure. Rooms are a tad squishy, but great that it's actual beds rather than bunk beds.
Amazing location, easy to get everywhere and ski in and out (although you do have to cross a road shortly after if snow is sparse) Although room layout was slightly odd it worked well for our group of friends. Lounge was plenty big enough for us all to chill and play games in the evening. Not a fancy place but great value for money.

United Stateslocation of the room was in the worst part of the residence. it required an elevator ride, a walk around to the other side of the floor and staircase down, the signage was pretty terrible so we were all constantly lost. the lights shut off very frequently, so we were often lost and in the dark, searching for a light switch. we were very far from the ski room on the slope side so the walk was terrible for a family with lots of equipment and small kids. also, there was no hairdryer which was tough at night when we got back from skiing and went out to dinner with long wet hair in the cold.
room was sufficient for our family's needs

United KingdomThe lockers were large for the ski equipment but there were no drying racks for the shooed which meant that the boots weren’t particularly nice to get into the next morning. (You can take them to your flat though). TV was symbolic. There was no dish cloth (but plenty of towels). Only 1 Toilet roll but plenty of dish washing tablets and 1 dish washing liquid bottle.
Location really great for ski in/out to several lifts, ski school drop off and housed in same building as intersport for ski rental and a great restaurant called the Chaudron Magique which has great pizza for takeaway and fondue, etc for the going price in the area (€25-30 pp). Great bedding, very warm flat and induction hob was very fast.

FranceA bit too noise and lacks infrastructure (no pools or communal facilities and the ski locker does not have drying boot spaces). The room suits a couple for a few days, but it would be a bit too narrow for a longer staying or for a family with kids.

United KingdomYou will hear noise in high season as it’s a party location. Didn’t bother us as we expected it. The rooms are very small for three people but no problem if you plan to be out all day skiing.
Very small bedroom but great facilities - small kitchen area with oven, stove top and microwave which was great if you decide to eat in which we did for breakfast. location is unmatched! straight out onto slopes.
