Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

My room was very spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The kitchenette was a little basic in its equipment, but adequate. The bathroom was large and well designed. The whole place was very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. Very close to the railway station and car hire firms.

Location was terrific, right at the central rail station and the tram lines were right out side the door. Breakfast was good but the eggs and bacon were undercooked. The room was spacious and well equipped except that there was only one armchair. The reception staff were very helpful.

AustraliaThe staff should very well know all the front doors to the apartments are hard to close so guests have to slam them to close them. Lubricate the locks please. You should attend to this as it wakes us up as early risers leave.
If traveling by train this accommodation is a gem. Plus you are within the nicest part of Montpelier. Trams available on the doorstep. Nice big room and quiet. Front desk has staff on hand so entry is simple.

FranceOne issue I have as an asthmatic with sensitive lungs was that there was a pervasive odor of old cigarettes- the wet ashtray smell you get in places where people have smoked inside. It was of course a non-smoking hotel and I believe the staff working there were doing their best to ensure that this rule was enforced. I am not sure why this odor was still present in both the rooms we stayed in: I wondered whether the air-conditioning system may be circulating air from parts of the hotel which had not yet been renovated to remove this odor or if there had been guests who had been smoking inside or on the balcony with the doors open during recent stays. It would be great if this issue could be resolved so that guests like myself could fully enjoy the lovely interior decor and comfortable rooms as it is otherwise a wonderful place to stay in.
Very modern and well-equipped luxury style rooms- wonderful large size. Felt very comfortable and so did our cats. Excellent amenities and proximity to train station and Montpellier Central. Staff moved us immediately to a different room when there was a small problem with the bathroom which needed to be repaired.

An amazing location near the train station. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The air conditioner works well and the room was cool upon arrival. There is a nice small courtyard for chilling out. The small kitchen in the room has some good basic equipment for cooking. The internet was also good. Staff were very friendly and professional.
