The Village Club Les Tavaillons has an excellent buffet breakfast offering available from early on for keen skiers. The evening meal is superb with large choice including children offer. Excellent value and all freshly cooked.

The location was nice. Actually on the mountain. Access was a bit difficult for unexperienced drivers because of snaked path uphill and down hill roads especially at the night time.

Nothing as such but it is the opposite side of the town from the Gondola.

I enjoy the space in the flat and the common rooms. Dinner buffet is perfectly reasonable too.

Noise from studio above us! Sounded like they were stomping about in ski boots and constantly moving furniture throughout the night. Maybe request a first floor apartment rather than ground floor.

Good location - 5 minute walk into the village. Breakfast was ok but a bit basic for the price, with very limited choice. Room was very basic, but large, clean and bright. Close to the bus stop and good ski lockers in each apartment block. Lovely staff on reception who went above and beyond to help.

This is a great place to stay and excellent value for money. The staff couldn’t have been more polite and helpful - and the communal areas were very nice and all the food and drink very reasonably priced.

I was on my honeymoon and requested a double bed while booking but on reaching, i was given two single bed and the stay was really uncomfortable for us due to this reason. The beds kept moving even if placed together and we were not able to sleep peacefully

The furniture in the rooms is somewhat dated but perfectly fine when you realise the prices in other properties. It is immaculately clean and spacious so guests must appreciate this when booking.

The venue was made by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We were possibly the only British guests staying there and everyone went out of their way to help us. Jeremy, reception leader welcomed us and arranged for our late arrival. He also made it clear that he enjoyed his work and was a natural people person. Also the bar and catering staff were smiley and friendly. Bastien helped us out on our late arrival even though he had finished his shift hours earlier and continued to look after us throughout our stay. Bar staff were superb.

-First day we could not dine in because the reservation needs to be made the evening before so it was really inconvenient after a long trip with kids! They could let you know this in advance. -Very noisy neighbors were partying at 2am on the floor above us so woke up the whole family. The staff should emphasize the quiet hours rule.

Everything was excellent value for money, very comfy beds in big rooms with convenient distribution for one or several families travelling together since you can communicate different rooms through a door inside. The restaurant offers a nice buffet for dinner

one of the rooms smelled of cigarette smoke and nothing was done when we asked for it to be cleaned. we asked for 3 doubles but got 1 double and 2 twins. bad pillows

Nothing, everything was beyond our expectations.

What an amazing holiday experience staying at Village Club Les Tavaillons. Great facilities, clean, value for the money and every item in the room is arranged to be used before our stay. Moreover, incredible front desk personnel, especially Ms. Caroline who helped us to solve our unexpected problem with the payment system.

Floor not cleaned, i had to sweep myself, beds not done, be aware that if you stay longer you have to buy your own toilet paper as you may run out and the reception does not supply absolutely anything, fridge was not started, fault reported not attended during the seven days of our stay. WiFi not usable.

Location and space.Nice terrace with a wonderful view to the mountains. Lovely staff. Welcome vouchers for drinks!
