Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

EstoniaThe ventilation was pretty bad, so it got damp and a bit smelly pretty fast in the rooms. Also, there's quite a bit of mold on the walls in the bathroom/shower area, which isn't the nicest thing.
Loved the location and the layout of the 2 floor house/hotel room. Beds were super comfortable.

Italythe rooms are quite small, which is fine for a short stay but might feel a bit tight for longer visits. Also, the bathroom drainage could definitely be improved, as the shower water didn’t drain properly during our stay.
The staff was friendly throughout our stay. The hotel is in a great location — just a short walk from the city center, which made it very easy to explore Lyon on foot. We also appreciated the convenience of the paid parking at the nearby train station. The breakfast was good.

SpainThe cleaning could be improved. Overall it was good, the sheets were clean but the blanket and on the bathroom door there were hair from previous guests.
The staff was very kind and welcoming, they helped us with all the questions and resolved inconveniences very fast. The room was cozy, everything was working (hot water, toilet,AC). The location is great super close to all the restaurants, old town, and all kind of local shops.

TurkeyWe came across the attic room. When you get up from one side of the bed, you hit your head on the ceiling. There is only one window and it overlooks the common courtyard. so you have to close the blinds. Then you cannot open the window and the room becomes stuffy. The small room seems stuffy because of the attic ceiling. This room is suitable for 1-2 night stays, but for longer stays I recommend you choose another room and be careful.
It's in a great place on the subject. You can travel without using public transportation. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was very good

BelgiumThere were no curtains, so we couldn't sleep after the sunrise. Also the shower took too long to heat the water, which is such a waste of water. It was -2°C outside, so a cold shower was not an option.

United KingdomAlthough two fans were provided, aircon would have been preferable. As per some previous reviews, it is clearly a challenge for the staff to ready all the rooms for the stated check-in time. If the check-in time is not achievable then make it later but state this clearly.
Location suited the purpose of my visit. Good connections for tram and public transport. Room and bathroom were very clean and well laid out.

IrelandA communal seating area for guests outside of normal hours to allow access to other people would be a great benefit, even by adding additional seating & tables in courtyard or using dining area better. This would also be great for someone returning from a long day of sightseeing to read a book, browse on line, mingle with others, rather than having to go to hotel room to lie in a bed.
