We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

BelgiumUnfortunately, the air conditioning was not working in our room, so we didn’t sleep well because of the heat. When I told the reception, I thought they would make a gesture because we paid for a room with ac, but they didn’t... we were disappointed.
Very nice hotel, the staff is very kind and the room are good. We had the breakfast buffet which was very good for 19€. The additional snacks during the day are nice as well!

United KingdomThe pillows were a bit too soft but that is me being picky. As we were right in city centre it was quite noisy at night with people partying in street. If you shut the window no problem however it was too early in the season to have air con so we had to have the window open. Not hotels fault but just something to point out
Loved the location and staff were so friendly and helpful. The access to Le Club where you could get snacks, teas and coffees for no additional cost was a nice surprise.

United KingdomExcellent location. Very clean hotel with nice facilities and friendly staff. I particularly liked that you could help yourself to juices or a hot drink and a cake in the afternoon. Also loved the light up mirror in the room meaning I could do my makeup easily (always annoying when you have a dim hotel room and no good mirrors!). Pillow and mattress were very comfy and towels were soft. Easily the best hotel I’ve stayed in overall.

United KingdomThe AC didn’t seem to work & so it meant the room was boiling (note we went in March so I dread to think what it’s like in the summer…). The only downside is that the shower is not private, I was staying with one of my friends which meant we had to co-ordinate so that the other person wasn’t getting a full view of everything.
Great hotel! Really clean rooms & super friendly staff. They even provide free juice/hot drinks & snacks throughout the day.

I was able to get the room temperature nice and cold, and housekeeping left it exactly like that unlike in other hotels. Nicely designed rooms, very scandi chic but comfortable , really loved the duvet and linen sheets - they’re available to buy which I might consider. Great value for what was provided, nice cake inn the afternoons, free use of the tea and coffee in the lounge, and the room had compostable coffee pods which I thought was great. Everything was high quality, and I was very pleased with my choice. Great location for a little weekend trip to the old town in Lille.
