Great location a couple hundred metres from the centre and close to the lake. Not uphill like some of the other accommodation. Double room and ensuite were very clean. Price was great. I met people who were staying in dorms in hostels and paying a similar price. Great value.

Modern, very clean, away from the noise but easily walkable (5 min walk to main part of San Pedro). Nice outdoor chairs to accompany each room. Big shower. Hotel only takes cash payment. Nice view of the lake (not from every room but from the hotel itself)

A small nightlight would be great beside the bed for reading and a small safe could offer some people some piece of mind. Overall it was great and way better than I thought it would be. Internet was in and out but to be expected for the lake.

It was a fantastic stay. It was extremely clean, staff was gracious and it was simple, great views and close to centro but not in the mix of all the noise.

The rooms on the upper floors were pretty warm in the evening. We knew there was no AC, but a fan might be a great addition.

It is a clean hotel with wonderful views of the lake. The staff are excellent. It is in a quiet area close to many great restaurants. I appreciated having filtered water available.

No closet, hangers, or even hooks to speak of. Can't hang anything. Have to run the shower at very low pressure for the water heater to work.

Cleanliness. Stayed at 4 hotels here so far, and this is by far the cleanest. Nice staff, lounge chair for each guest

Just very minimal. No fridge for leftovers or hooks for hanging anything. Just expect minimal but clean!

It would be nice to have access to filtered water even if the office is closed. The staff were always happy to fill our water bottle if they were in the office. A little shelf in the bathroom to put my toothbrush on would be helpful. A lamp on the bedside table would be a nice touch.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel looked new. It was spotless and beautiful. There are rocking chairs on the veranda from which you have a gorgeous view of the lake. It is close to everything in town.

Only very minor things. First, it’s cash only, but that’s clearly communicated, so fair enough. It would be great to have permanent access to drinking water as well as tea and coffee facilities e.g. somewhere on the balcony area or staircases. I‘d even be willing to pay a little more for such services. Maybe some additional hangers or hooks in the rooms, that doesn’t cost a fortune but makes travelers life much better 🙂.

Very good location. Lovely lake view from the balcony. Solid room, good bed, bathroom and shower worked well. Clean. Very good value for money and honest, friendly staff. Sufficient seating options and even tables on the balcony.

I experienced two blackouts during my 3-night stay. The first one wasn’t the hotel's fault, as it was due to maintenance affecting the whole town. However, the second one occurred only within the hotel. Luckily, the hotel has its own power generator, but it was still annoying. Also, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak in the room, though it worked fine in the hallway.

This hotel is run by a few lovely women who keep the place impeccably clean and cozy. The location is perfect—right next to the lake and close to everything! The bed is super comfy, and I fell asleep almost immediately after lying down. I was so lucky they gave me the room with the best view, right as I stepped out. San Pedro is a busy town, but this hotel truly feels like an oasis

The reception closes around 10pm so if you need something, you'll have to wait until the next morning.

The rooms were immaculately clean. The location was great : on the main street where there's all the restaurants and bars but just a bit further away so it's calmer. The bed was very comfy and there is hot water. Having your own private room and bathroom at a low cost was great after spending a few days in a hostel. The gate closes around 10pm so I felt safe at night.

The harsh lighting. A bedside light would be good. And a few hooks or rail for clothes. Also the light outside very bright and can be seen through thin curtains. Noisy outside for people who sleep early but quiet after 11

Had a nice area outside with rocking chair and view of lake. Staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Cosy with a good feel about it.

Room was small and bathroom was very small. The over 12 inch step-down from the bathroom to the bedroom is uncomfortable and potentially dangerous. They only accept cash, dollars or quetzals.

A newer hotel with pretty, well kept grounds. Very clean and tidy inside and out. Good location near downtown but far enough away to be very quiet.

Lovely rooms with view over the lake, huge comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here.
