As a first or last night in Iceland this little motel near the Keflavik airport is ideal. Although we didn't meet the owner her friendly presence was everywhere, from the well appointed room to the welcoming kitchen.

Everything was done to perfection! Loved this place.

The owner was amazing! He took me to 5 grocery stores to find beans that I needed for a recipe!! Place was clean and had everything I needed and more. Highly recommended!

Close to a cross-road therefore you will hear cars accelerating after crossing. Small rooms, modest accommodation, as it’s name correctly signals (“motel”).

Location is close to the Blue Lagoon. Nice little place close the airport. The owner is very friendly and accomodating. He greeted us on our arrival and showed us the room and the amenities. It was our first hotel after arrival to Iceland from Toronto. We had a restful stay. Grocery store is 100 m away, which is very convenient. The room and kitchen was very clean.

The location was great! We were so close to the airport and Blue Lagoon, so this was the perfect place to stay our first night! We also loved having a shower and bathroom in our room!

I didn't expect that such a small space could accommodate all the amenities. It can and it's not bad at all! The kitchen is AMAZING!

We stayed here after arriving at KEF at 10 pm; the next day would be Easter Sunday and we were concerned about our ability to get food before our drive to the Golden Circle. When we were contacted by the host in advance of our stay, we asked them if they thought stores or restaurants would be open early that morning, and they offered to do some grocery shopping for us in advance of our arrival! They even followed up the week before our stay, and we arranged to reimburse them for groceries left in the fridge of the common kitchen, which was amazing! The place is extremely clean, our family room was just perfect, and the additional amenity of the common kitchen with everything well labeled and spotless was very convenient -- especially as it was open 24 hours. I wish we had been able to stay longer (this was a quick 12 hour stopover for us) but highly recommend!

The walls were very thin, so you heard your neighbors clearly.

The hotel is very near to the airport. It was very clean. The hot pot was great, but you have to pay for it (bath robe included).

We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teens. Stayed here for our last night in Iceland to be closer to KEF. Room was basic but very clean, modern, and comfortable. Communal kitchen was a wonderful amenity of motel. Plates, eating utensils, full size fridge, microwave, air fryer. Very convenient for our family.

Sound proofing was non-existent. The environment is quiet but I was kept up by two loud men in the next room. As I was alone I did not feel safe to go knock on their door.

2 large suitcases tough in the room.

We fetched some breakfast items at the convenience store around the corner and used the coffee available in the room. Also fully equipped kitchen is available as common area. Beds were very comfortable.
