Lack of privacy - the blinds aren’t the right size as there is a gap at the ends, no curtains means people can see in if they look through the gaps Noise from upstairs, need soundproofing on the ceiling

Curtains and door

It is cosy, warm all the time and perfect for two people. Bed is very comfy. Neighbourhood is nice and safe, residential. It is 5 min away to stop 15 where most of the tours picks you up and 8/10 min away to different supermarkets. Sebastian was a nice host.

Minutes walk to downtown. Easy to find free street parking walking down a block. Quiet and clean. Great communication with host.

Best possible location in a residential area just on the edge of the old quarters. We checked in late and our host Sebastian came in to fix one of the extra beds that we needed. He also came to fix the coffee machine that wasn't working.

The studio was nice and had everything we needed. I felt "at home" - super cozy and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were super well equipped. The proximity to the city center is a plus. In less then 10min you are close to everything needed (and a 24/7 shop with all the essentials).

Blinds let a lot of light in during the summer, but if you have an eyemask it's not a problem.

The apartment was perfectly clean, with supplies like shower gel, hair dryer and a coffee machine which was great. Additionally the location was perfect to explore Reykjavík and especially the harbor. We enjoyed our stay a lot and the owner responded to any question or inquiry very quickly and was very helpful.

As above, nothing major other than Blinds and curtains could be more private perhaps having curtains which span the full width of the window but for me it was no problem.

Great apartment in an ideal quiet location. The apartment is a ground floor which is mentioned in the advert and though there are blinds and curtains, some guests may be concerned about privacy but for me this was not a problem. Parking was always available for me hire car and its also only a 15 min walk into town. There is some noise from above when people walk but this stops about 10pm so it didn't disturb my sleep. The beds are really comfortable and the bathroom is clean and modern. Sebastian is very detailed and helpful in his instructions and I would happily stay here again.

Excellent location, all that you need for a self catering holiday. Sebastian is a fantastic host and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again. We were in walking distance of everything including transfer drop off point and excursion pick up areas. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants all in walking distance. A great apartment.
