it should be rated as a 4 star hotel, not 2. the location is great, the rooms were clean and comfy, webhad a big terrace, and the value for money also good. they have a good breakfast with plenty of fruits and variety of dishes.

Bed sheets are not changed but room is cleaned daily.
Highly recommended.. breakfast was super.. location is perfect..a few minutes walk to the train station and to catch buses...also staff were very helpful..it was our second time there and again we weren't disappointed.

One thing - soundproofing, hotel has very strict policy about rules and ask guests to keep it quiet, great, but you can still hear moving fernitures or snoring from next room at night -not very annoying, because (luckly) it was only few times during whole stay, but it could be worse
In real life hotel looks better than in pictures :D I was staying in main building. Very clean, very nice personnel, spacious room, everything was working. Breakfast as breakfast in hotel, not too bad and nothing too special, but was full regardless of time.

A nice stay, a nice place. We were disappointed with the owner’s behavior one evening. We took a pack of biscuit „on the tray it carefully marked to take“ . Passing by the breakfast room, I took a pack of biscuit and the owner sitting in the company of others in the restaurant jumped up and shouted to „leave it“ You spoiled our feelings for something you have on display to take. Be more customer oriented and let your good staff do their job. You used a third eye at everything and everyone.

Everything was good! The town centre is about ten minutes walk.

Absolutely nothing. A larger snack selection at the bar, but this is not essential. There was no dining service, but the hotel has a number of relationships with local, good quality, restaurants that caters for all.
The Staff at Hotel Bel Sito where amazing, they were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area, even with relationships with local restaurants offering a discount for residents. Do Not let the 2 Star Rating not you off, this is a 'Little Gem'! We will be going back!

Only one power socket in bathroom
Staff were so friendly and attentive. The location was great-very close to main attractions, train station and bike rental. Rooms were spotlessly clean and beds were comfortable. Pool was also clean and refreshing after very hot days! A gem of a hotel!

Took few minuts to get hot water in the morning for the morning shower
A perfect location that is close to the trainstation, 6 minuts away. Close to to everthing. More or less 10/15 minuts away from the main center/harbor.The staff is very helpful. Nice with a small pool to cool down after a long day. We were lucky to get a room with a balcony wich were a lovley suprise. The breakfast was small but good.

Beautiful, well kept hotel Breakfast was great with lots of options to suit everyone Pool area was very well maintained , never too busy and a peaceful relaxing place. The connecting rooms were perfect for 2 adults and 2 children Staff were very friendly and helpful Location was good, a few minutes walk to the train station and 10 minutes from the centre. Friendly staff and nice location very walkable. Plenty of parking on site. The hotel was what you would expect and as described. It’s not a five star accommodation, but typical of accommodations in Europe.

Theres nothing we didnt like . amazing place
What a wonderfull week in the Belsito hotel .very friendly helpfull staff . The hotel was spotless and a walk away from peschiera del garda.we were realy happy to have chosen this hotel .Breakfast was fab and had a variety of food for everyones tastes

The only two things were no AC (not sure if this was detailed on my booking though so could be my error! Luckily it wasn’t too hot) and the hairdryer was a little useless
