Exquisite. Lived for one night like a noble form Venice. Eliza, ask for her to make you her omelette. Probably best I have ever had. Very comfortable bed. Hospitality and hosting skills are world class, we were made to feel special. We would gladly come back amd stay longer.

The lifts start from a mezzanine floor. So if you have very heavy bags be ready to take them up one flight of stairs

There is a shared elevator which made it difficult to move luggage when there is construction going on. Workers and construction materials being moved meant hauling luggage up to the 4th floor. Minor inconvenience but the only negative thing I could think of since they asked for something I didn’t like.

Great hotel just steps away from the Rialto bridge and vaporetto station. The rooms are nice sized, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom was the best we had during our entire stay in Italy. Very modern with a large shower area. Breakfast was simple with a choice of eggs, croissants, pancakes, dry cereal, and yogurt. The dining area for breakfast was beautifully decorated and had a view of the Grand Canal.

Our room’s floor sloped significantly, which, although part of the charm of an old Venetian building, can be a little uncomfortable when the bed slopes as well. There was a quiet intermittent pump noise audible through much of the night which may disturb light sleepers.

This is a small hotel on a single top floor in a Palazzo fronting onto the Grand Canal, just steps from Rialto bridge. It could hardly be in a better position. It is sumptuously decorated in traditional Venetian style with period furniture and decorations. A very good a la carte and buffet breakfast is served in a lounge overlooking the canal. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms well equipped. Staff were attentive and welcoming.

It was a beautiful Venetian style, well kept small boutique hotel. Staff were very helpful & it is in the heart of Rialto Bridge. Beds comfy & generally a delightful place to stay with water bus stops directly out the front for lines 1&2. Highly recommend.

The location of the hotel was perfect; very near the Rialto bridge (but not so near it becomes uncomfortable) and waking distance to the San Marcos square. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional, specially Alice and the afternoon/evening personnel. The room was pretty unique, with a nice overview of the grand canal and the Rialto bridge and beautiful wooden furniture. We would definitely recommend it and will stay at the Palazzo Bembo again.

Location is superb - very close to the Rialto Bridge and the water bus stop. Breakfast was also good and the room was large and comfortable. We have a small issue one day with the hot water but that was sorted very quickly.

Floor was a little uneven in the room near the outer wall (angled up toward the outer wall). Needed to moderate temps with open windows at night and Grand Canal boat traffic can be noisy early morning. Maybe a longer list of great restaurants nearby (they are there, just not obvious to find)?

Rooms were quite nice, breakfast service was great and offered some items that could be ordered, staff was kind and helpful. Location is very convenient for walking, vaporetto, and water taxi service to all of Venice. Had elevator for most of climb to it's upper floor location.

No lift from ground level to first floor! Difficult for elderly or disabled people to get to hotel on third floor !

The only downside of our visit was that there was no restaurant at the hotel ! Otherwise everything else first class

Charge in full per day but only give water and coffee pods on the first day. The bedside tables were almost falling off the wall and slanted which could not be used.

The water pressure for the showers could be better, but I find it’s an Italy problem, not necessarily exclusive to Palazzo Bembo.

The location is amazing! The Vaporetto stops right in front of the building. The room and bathroom were very spacious. Breakfast was really good! Building with elevator. Bed was big, pillows were good.
