The location is very good - close to Village Market and UN and ICRAF. The breakfast can be improved with yogurt, musli, butter, cheese, bread rolls, more variety of fruits

The facility assisted to preserved my breakfast till around 6:30 PM due to Ramadan. I enjoyed the attention and care provided, especially by the restaurant staff. Overall the facility was not far from my office and every morning a shuttle bus was provided. The facility is a minute walk to the shopping mall which made it easy to have a look. Airport ride was within 30 minutes

Nothing, everything was fine

Cozy and homey hotel right near the UN and Village market. Rooms with balconies overlook a nice garden and the staff are very friendly.

They need to improve on having working desk lamps and the electronic extension cable in good condition so as to enable easily plugging your chargers.

Staff is friendly and serviceable. Breakfast is good, good quality internet. It is excellent being next door to Village Market Mall, which you can access just walking 15 meters away from the gate of Comfort Gardens. Overall, a good experience and honest price for the service received. Safe and clean, good internet, excellent location. Will continue to come.

by mistake i booked for two adults, which i realized after confirming reservation and they promised we will solve upon my arrival, now upon my arrival, they said my booking cannot be changed and i thus paid a lot of money. Again i requested transport from the hotel for a short distance and they charged me a lot of money

The location of the hotel is very good , accessing malls and public transport from both back and front of the hotel made life easy, the place has good security, the chefs are 8the best, they cook healthy food with low levels of oil and salt, they are health conscious, They have all variety of foods from traditional to modern types. the staff were so welcoming, always willing to ASSIST WHERE we needed help, drivers are so professional

The facilities are a little run down but it is still perfectly comfortable

I stay at Comfort Gardens every time i come to Nairobi. The location is perfect for meetings at the UN as well as being right next to good shops. But the best part about the hotel is the staff. They are amazing. They can not do enough for their clients. I feel like I am at home every time I stay there.

No heating system in place in the rooms. In the bathrooms, it is quite easy to slip and fall. It is necessary for the hotel to see what type of floor needs to be put in place as to avoid people slipping and falling. The TV is a bit small, and I believe a bigger could be installed.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Also, well located and next to the mall. Breakfast is good and fresh as well. There is also a swimming pool.
