There was some mould in the bedroom, musty smell for first day. Plastic water bottles reused for next guest, Burgundy colored towels. I bought my own towels as I didn’t believe this was hygienic. MONKEYS???

The location of this hotel is superb. Right on Diani beach with beautiful white sands and warm sea! Just on the edge of the town so its nice and quiet but not too far away that it takes too long to get to the shops if you need them. Dinner was a buffet style with lots to chose from. Lunch was either in the restaurant or the beach side café. The room was clean and comfortable with air con and mosquito nets, both very welcome. Pool was lovely and warm with loungers and towels available.

All inclusive makes it cheap and recycle dinner...rooms has no view at all...you can't tell whether beach is there or not if you don't know...staff behaving was not the best....no1 cares about guests...you are just another tourist....

The check in took like 30 minutes! Just soooo slow, they still needed to check rooms before I arrived and everything takes time! Also, towels just smell VERY bad.

The All Inclusive service is super! Really well served! View of the beach is amazing!

Location A bit far out from mombasa town roughly 1hr (but not a problem, you can take a day out to visit the town)

Excellent staff who go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Proximity to the beach and beautiful views. Offers many excursions on the beach or if interested in safari tours. Very peaceful for a relaxing holiday and had lovely calming entertainment in the evenings. Wide selection for food.

Pillows are rock solid. They have to use better quality pillows. That's the only complaint I have really everything was perfect. Also might consider having to set of sheets, fitted and a flat sheet Diani is super hot and humid and giving guest an opportunity not to use a duvet on those super hot days but can opt for just a sheet. Most hotels in South Africa make their bedding like this, fitted and a flat sheet but I've seen Europe and other countries only include 1 sheet on a bed. This is more of a comment to consider and not a negative comment.

Staff super friendly. Animation team were superb and tried to ensure that guest were involved and entertained. Loved the evening entertainment, enjoyed water aerobics in the morning, beach bowling, Kudos to the animation team!

A lovely pool area right by the beach. The room was spacious with a hot shower. The food was all buffet style and was good, but not amazing. The staff were friendly and helped us arrange dinner at the nearby Ali Barbour Cave restaurant.

Everything was okey but the only thing i would love the hotel to mention in advance is the extra cost to the second guest the rest is great hakuna matata 😄😍 the stay was great , very clean and accommodating ❤️.

The older rooms are looking a little jaded but have all the amenities you need for your stay.

The staff really made this hotel, from the people working hard to maintain the gardens to the those on reception. Everyone was polite, helpful and went out of the way to make it a pleasant stay. The location is excellent, opening onto the beautiful Diani Beach. This hotel provided a vegetarian option, I also appreciated the unlimited amount of drinking water the hotel provided.

Provide slippers, refill bathing shampoo on time. One staff talk to us strangely when asked for water, 'wake up and draw from the dispenser' but the rest of the staff are wonderful especially Kennedy, we loved his service.

The place is good, vicinity to the beach, all inclusive provided on time, food well cooked and served in plenty. Rooms well cleaned.

The evening meals were not great. The salad bar and deserts were good but the main course options weren't so good. The wine was also not very nice.

All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Really excellent service. The location is superb and my bedroom was super comfortable and clean.

we stayed in C10 and the room was nice and overlooking the sea but the bed was very uncomfortable. the mattresses and sheets and pillows all need to be updated. it’s really the only thing preventing us from coming back.

We loved how clean the property, restaurant and our room was. The staff works very hard and is extremely welcoming and works very hard to keep everything very nice.

the double room was a bit small (we expected 2 beds) and cold (the ac was not adjustable). It was raining and there were no umbrellas in the rooms

This is a gorgeous place to stay! Incredibly serene, tasty food, and amazing swimming pool and beach front. We loved our time here and would fully recommend. Huge thank you to all the wonderful staff who made our stay so enjoyable.

This is a good hotel with bad bad vibes and people. The staff especially the reception are unkind and rude. If you are going on holiday there , be warned. If you like warm , happy and beautiful people and spaces this is not the place for you 💔
