It looks a bit dated, but everything works perfectly.

The towels were super soft and smelled nice, the breakfast had a lot of delicious options, and the staff was super helpful and kind.

I didn't like the twin beds being put together next to another to form a queen size bed as its not comfortable especially for two people sleeping on the bed. Also, I didn't like how there was no microwave anywhere in the hotel to heat up food not purchased from the restaurant. That's not good customer service as it severely limits ordering or take out foods. Also, at night, there is no place you can walk safely. Although it's located in a convenient location, it's very dark outside and there is nothing you can walk to and from without getting a cab ride. Lastly, since there is construction next door, it may be difficult to sleep past early morning hours.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning with various options to choose from and I enjoyed the view at the rooftop balcony upstairs. Location is convenient and a cab ride to many attractions. Lastly, the staff was awesome.

The location is good, but the service needs to improve professionally. The wifi doesn't work in some rooms and was not fixed on time until I was removed from the room to the next one. The communication plan is very poor when it comes to international standards. The telephone ☎️ in room doesn't have the front desk customer service info. number and emergency number. The hotel should have stickers on the telephone that have the front desk customer service number and emergency number on it written. They only tell, call one hundred if you need assistance that's not professional.

Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The location was excellent for attractions and restaurants. The hotel restaurant was also very good and open 24 hours - which was great for us as we arrived past midnight

The bathroom was impossible. It was far too small. You fell out of the shower and almost into the toilet. VERY cramped.

Staff should prioritise, had an A/C issue outstanding for 7 days, towels always delayed due to cleaning, hotel restaurant food is not good so ate out every night. Hotel needs a maintenance team as its looking old and a lot of things breaking, in my room issues were shower knob coming off, shower door handle missing, cupboard door hinge off , bed lamp missing globe, sink missing catch drainer, TV reception terrible,

The refrigerator was not connected to electricity and it was problematic to do because of a short cable. To get hot water in the shower, you need to wait long, in the bidet only cold water

The online pictures were more luring than what we found. The water in our shower was lukewarm through out our stay.

The room was not sound proof as stated. You could literally hear conversation in the next room via a huge crack opening between the walls and the curtain glass walling. We hard a hard time getting ourselves to sleep.
