The breakfast could have been better. Half boiled eggs always served cold. Sometimes the nasi lemak is starchy!! and the chicken is hard as stone.

There are some rooms with window facing the wall or corridor. We always prayed not to get one of those rooms.

We have stayed in Austin Heights many times. Many food places around the hotel. We like the ambience and not crowded like the hotel in the town area

The room was clean, modern, and spacious with a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was strong. Breakfast was decent with a variety of hot and cold options. The pastries and fruits were fresh, but the hot food lacked flavor. Coffee was just okay. It gets crowded after 8:00 am, so go early if you want a seat. Excellent location— close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. Easy to get around both on foot .

I'd strongly suggest the catering department to consider revamping the breakfast menu to make it more varieties and "exciting" like adding in seasonal flavors. For instance, the breakfast on Hari Raya Aidifitri was the same as normal day. It'd be nice to impress the diners with some surprises.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The house services staff responded promptly for requests for additional towers or bottled water.

Wifi password given to us at check-in in the afternoon. When we reach our room and tried to log-in, it was not working. We went back to front desk to check, they said it’s not their fault as the wifi was already not working since the morning and there’s nothing they can do. This detail came just be shared with us in the first place, why make your guest frustrated with the fail and then only explain when they complain?

The water pressure for showering is too low . Free Wifi doesn't work at all during the stay . Breakfast varieties are limited . Hot Tea taste weird .

My window is directly facing another window. Didn't like that. Need to draw the curtains all the time, making the stay rather unpleasant. Hope we will not get similar room again. Breakfast is quite basic, lack variety. Every stay at Austin heights, we see the same food.

Facilities is a bit old but it's ok People setting up fireworks nearby the area, which disrupted my family's sleep but I know it's not within the Hotel's control, would probably book during non-peak/ non-public holiday periods

location was alright. Room was very big and comfortable. Near to all the malls and restaurants that I want to visit at Mt Austin area, which is great!
