I find the lighting in the room is a little dark and the switches quite confusing. One of the rooms was not yet ready when we came back for check in at 3 pm.

The hotel is right at the center of the Heritage Site and just a few steps from the river. There is a 7-11 next door. The adjoining rooms were spacious and convenient for a family or group.

Need to keep more toilet paper in the rooms for westerners but very minor request. I only needed to ask and they gave us more.

Lobby area basic with no comfortable area to sit

Small and basic but really clean with lovely bedlinen and towels and great location-fab bathroom with powerful shower.

Road in front of it is closed on weekends, so getting a cab to and from the hotel becomes a problem, especially if you're arriving or leaving on a weekend.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, for its price point we thought that Jonkers Red was excellant.

Location, the Staff, cleanliness, location & value. Room size was adequate, good facilities (fridge & kettle) good shower in a spacious bathroom.

No outlet in the small bathroom,big room window faced a wall about 3 feet away, 100 ringgit deposit seems a little funny ( what damage would that cover? )

Very friendly and helpful staff, room was clean, water kettle and tea/coffee + bottled water was provided, AC worked, room was very quiet, price was fair, area feels safe to walk Jonker street and canal + a multitude of restaurants/shops are just 5 minutes away

You can not make room dark because of the lights and can be noisy since it is on the main square . Bit expencive

E trace and hallway is pretty stark with black and yellow colors. Very hostel like.

Very dark room with no natural light. Walls are very thin. This wasn't a problem the first night as there was no one in adjoining rooms, but on the second night it was very noisy (we could hear people coughing and a baby crying).

Very helpful staff who lent us an adapter and looked after our bags. Free water dispenser. Excellent central location. Good shower.

The room doesn't have windows to open so it's damp. There was mold along all the seals in the bathroom and when you enter the room it smells musty.

The location is best. Right next to red square but the layout of the rooms make it so it's quiet. Very easy to walk to all the major sights. The bed was super comfortable and the shower had hot water with a good pressure. They provide amenities like toothbrush and slippers which is a nice touch. Towels and linens were very fresh and clean.

The floor in our room was dirty, however this does not detract from the excellent standard of accommodation and service.

We loved the location, style and service ! In particular, Dayah was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She went above and beyond to satisfy our every request with grace and professionalism.

Perhaps if i could be picky is the fact that bathroom floor is not proper so that water from shower goes out to toilet area. Also ac location is not ideal for me. But other than that all is fine.

I like that the facility in the center where i want to explore. The room is well equipped. I like that windows can be opened so fresh air comes. Love the water dispenser and microwave at the lobby. 7 11 next to the hotel is big plus. Receptionist Dayah and Amir have been great!! They went above and beyond in assisting me to make my stay memorable.
