Hidden costs on arrival. Service/cleaning charge etc. Plus I didn't even ending staying in the building/room I thought I had booked. I actually stayed across the road in a completely different building advised.

Area bit dodgy at night.pool only get 1 hour sun due to to many building and small.bookings pricing scam ....Room 589rm for 5 night yet another 200 added in taxes(jokers) why not add taxes yo price? Then 589 not a bargain when 40%extra added be aware guys and dont mention 200 deposited. ( need atm for more cash thanks to you mob)

Massive room.everything work well.loved hard bed .even had bath..past its sell by date but comfortable for my short time cooker works but cutlery very limited.young guy was helpful letting me leave bags .thanks

Perfect location in the heart of Bukit Bintang. Everything (Pavilion,Time scqure,jalan alor, MRT Station) you need is within walking distance. The room was very clean, and Staff were quick to respond and very helpful..

This place is wonderful! The room is spacious, clean, and simple. The building includes a gym for residents, which is very convenient. We stayed for just two nights but would have been happy to stay longer! The staff is friendly, and it's a great place to stay for entertainment. There are many nightlife options nearby, as well as local eateries. I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

This is a lovely and clean apartment with great staff. The rooms are spacious with the most comfortable beds ever! Location is the best for everything you could need around. The room was quiet also. I would happily stay here again for my next visit and is super reasonable for what you get.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a microwave, fridge, washing machine, kettle, and dishes. The hotel also featured a gym and a pool, which were fantastic amenities. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly without any issues, and the balcony offered a lovely view. The hotel is located near Jalan Alor Street, where you can enjoy a night street food market, as well as many massage salons. The hotel representative, Nissan, was extremely helpful and supportive. He was always available to assist with any questions I had. Thank you, Songkar, for making my stay even more enjoyable!

Great location and facilities. The room was comfortable and clean, with a city view from the balcony. It's a 10-minute walk to the train station, Pavilion, Lot 10, and malls, and just a stone's throw from bars, restaurants, and food streets.

We arrived at Seri Bukit Ceylon to find that we weren't actually staying there at all! After several confusing minutes interacting with security, I finally got in touch with the staff who directed me to Ramada Hotel across the road. The room we were allocated looked very different to the suite we were promised in the pictures. The bedsheets had spots and stains, so we slept on top of the quilt and covered ourselves with our own towels. The provided towels looked pretty bad. Some of the buttons (e.g. for lights and the water heater) in the room were falling off! The couch was scratched and in bad condition. The tap for the main sink was a bit busted (worked Ok but threatened to collapse). Smoke from the hallway also wafted inside.

Once we were able to see the staff, they were very friendly and responsive. The area around was nice too, lots of food, shopping. Thankfully there were hot showers and the aircon worked, things you normally take for granted, but wait til you hear what wasn't great...
