The 4 flights of stairs to the top floor were quite steep, would be hard if you had lots of luggage.

The small rooms

This is a very well-located place, with everything within a 5-minute walking distance. The rooms are a bit small for the price, but they are fully equipped. The staff was always helpful and accommodating, and they had a small coffee area that was free for everyone.

Tiny shower room with a really pointless half shower screen that didn't prevent everything else in the bathroom getting wet. Quite a bit of street noise from outside but not bad enough to disrupt my sleep

Just a stones throw away from Central Station, great location at a reasonable price for Amsterdam. Modern rooms, clean with tea and coffee available in reception.

We where on the 4th floor and the stairs where very steep, also the mattress came of the bed in your sleep and moved away from the wall, are friends in other rooms said the same

Stairs are a bit hassle but the staff was so great and gave me a free upgrade to a bigger room on the first floor when he saw my luggage.

The location was best and it is right next to Albert Hein plus it is easier to get there form central station.

This place is fantastic. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and inviting. The bed was so comfortable and clean. The location was perfect. Right in the centre but not noisy. A short five minutes from the train station and close to lots of cafes and things to do.

Stairs were steep but it seemed to be typical of their buildings.

Hotel was near the station and near shops where we could buy stuff and souvenirs. Felt safe and were a lot of foot traffic.

Whoever had stayed in our room before us had broken the TV meaning we were unable to use it for the duration of our trip

Our window was facing the street so it was noisy, but it quiet down a bit at night. The heater woke my partner up at night, it had to be set to a fairly high temperature for it not to be noisy. We did expect the room to be small, but it was tinier than we expected. No kettle in room, but it was provided in the common area which the afternoon staff told us we only had access up to 9pm, but it turned out to be 24 hours available that night
