We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe bathroom looked lovely, but the rainshower head didn't work. The other shower hose did work well. I also know that maintenance needs to be done on buildings, but wasn't told about it when I booked. One of the days was my only relaxing morning and had banging from works ongoing.
It was in a quiet location, away from the busiest parts. Room was very clean. Once the overhead shower is fixed and construction done, it will be lovely

United KingdomKitchen sink tap was a little lose but thats not much at all really, was expensive but was Kings day so to be expected.
Everything was fine, the location very good apartment was very warm as the pipes run under the floor so you get the extra heat even if you do not want it but it was quiet enough to open the window so not to bothered. pleasant staff and clean modern apartments with all necessary items for a medium length stay.

It is clean and functional. The flat has big windows, good scenery of the trees. Water and room temperature was good and adjustable.

IrelandThe pillows..... they were more like big cushions and very uncomfortable to sleep on. The lighting was poor in areas. One of the windows in the apartment did not close fully and had a big breeze coming in. We padded the gap with bed throw and solved the issue for ourselves.
Location was perfect. Very quiet area at night time. Which made for great sleep. Apartments were spacious and clean. Perfect for what we wanted. 3 ladies travelling and plenty of space. Brilliant shower. Tram right outside the door was a winner for us also. Will definitely be back.
