We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

It's the second time I stayed in this hotel. It is perfect if you need to attend a concert at the Ziggo Dome - only a couple of minutes away. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area and the breakfast is excellent. A lot of various things to choose from. I will surely stay here again.

The staff were helpful. Room size was generous. Reception area spacious and nice place to relax whilst waiting for train / airport return. Location good next to train station, for trains and metro links.

Perfect location as we went to a concert at AFAS live the first night and it is a minutes walk away. Also right next to the train station so perfect for getting in to the centre the next day, just a 15 minute train ride which was around £5 return. Hotel was spotless, quiet - no noise from the station next door and a lovely breakfast included with lots of choice. Staff were really friendly and helpful and we had a great stay!

KenyaDid not care for the bed. It was quite stiff for my preference. Rooms were tight, there were no drawers for clothes, no mini fridge, and we stayed 5 nights, so it was not ideal. Also, they give you drink vouchers if you don't opt for housekeeping, which is ok, but they should still come by to take trash to replenish tea/coffee.
The front desk staff were very friendly! The location can not be beat, especially if you are going to a concert- we were out of Ziggo dome and back to the hotel in 5 minutes. Having the metro, train and bus all there makes it super easy to plan your days. There's supermarkets, restaurants, IMAX, etc, within 500 meters.

IrelandI found the mattress a little hard but I know mattresses are preference-led- maybe something more medium would have been better. Also the pillows- initially I thought wow they are so soft but maybe too soft. I do have neck issues though. Perhaps a mixture of soft/ medium next time you are changing. I did find it difficult to sleep but perhaps it was because I was overtired and I was conscious we had to wake early for our flight. My daughter slept easily and soundly!
Location- so close to the hotel. Hotel was very busy but no sound coming from the rooms and I’m a light sleeper so I would imagine the sound proofing is excellent. Beautiful breakfast; tasty and great choice. Staff were outstanding- so friendly and efficient.
