Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Breakfast is overly priced, rooms are a tad small.
Convenient location when driving, parking at a reasonable rate, adult excellent bed (not the sofa bed, though!). Common facilities. Children facilities (playground, kids room)

We travelled with 2 adults and 3 small kids. We had to book 2 rooms (although the room was big enough). The rooms were on different floors, which was very inconvenient. Also, on the first day wifi was out. Parking will cost you 10 euros a day
Location is near the freeway. If you have a car you can get on the freeway very fast

The hotel staff is very attentive. The reception area, restaurant and the bar are quite nice; great that there were many attractions to keep the kids busy, both inside the hotel and in the garden. A large and convenient parking space with a grocery store just 5 min away. The hotel rooms and the overall infrastructure is abit outdated and obviously one would wish for a more modern experience. However, overall, the hotel did all what we wanted - it was a convenient and affordable location to reach by car Hague (20 min), Rotterdam (10 min), tulip fields in Lisse (40 min) and Amsterdam (~1 h).

no air conditioning in the room, very hot during our visit, also the pool and gym are both closed. nothing really can do in the hotel. Parking is additional 10 euro

Perhaps being the holiday period, it felt the price was slightly on the higher side. I stayed at a similar property for significantly lower price closer to delft city centre. The instructions from the staff at checkin counter regarding kitchen opening/closing time wasn’t very clear.

Stuff was arrogant and not friendly. Took 25 min to check-in. The guy doing invoice for me was shouting for simple questions. Hotel in general is very old. Not worth it.
Breakfast was good. Restaurant was good.

Stuff I met was not friendly and arrogant. Hotel in general are very old. Outside hotel very dirty.

it would be nice to give the possibility to order something from the bar even in the morning like a coffe or croissant. At the moment the only way to have 1 coffe or 1 croissant you need to pay a full breakfast = 24 E!

We booked for a family room + a baby cot but only at arrival we were told max number of people in a room was 4 and the baby cot was going to be in another room in our booking (we traveled with 2 family members)

the room is not that spacious. the smell in the corridor is a bit unpleasant. the swimming pool is close from September.
there's an outdoor playground and a play corner in the lobby. there's a small refrigerator in the room. the room is clean.

I'm sure it's a Netherlands thing but the price of breakfast was ridiculous. The hotel was expensive for what you got and out of the way, there were no cafes or restaurants near by.
The pool was a nice touch
