Great location, very cozy room with minimal but stylish finishings. Great toiletries (Marie Stella Maris) and very confortable bed. Given the location, it was sufficiently quiet (we were at the first floor). The self-checkin app works very well, although it may be tricky the first time.

We had room in 4th floor without elevator and narrow staircase (we would like to have known beforehand). We had a tiny room with a sloping roof and the bed was under the slope, so quite cramped to sleep there. Sadly, the window case was broken and the window could not be closed fully…combined with the noisy neighborhood of bars and people outside the result was less sleep. After I asked the hotel to check the window problem, they told me it was repaired and closed now but they actually didn’t repair - sad 😞

Check-in was very complicated due to the need for an app and a code that I had not received. Had to help another guest in the same situation the day after. Breakfast was in a busy cafe nearby, very good but takes more time than a traditional hotel breakfast, and is not served early. Hotel neighborhood is very noisy, but hotel did not supply ear plugs. There is no fire escape, only a single wooden staircase. The elevator was permanently closed with a glib message about saving the climate or something, so you must be in shape to climb the very steep stairs and not bring too much luggage.

Unfortunately I think the other rooms on my floor were occupied by a hen party cause they kept on shouting all evening in the corridor and kept going back and forth. That was quite annoying but obviously not the hotel’s fault

Helpful member of staff helped me check in as I had not used their system before. The room was great, air conditioned as well. I didn’t hear any noise from outside either even though there were plenty of pubs and restaurants open till late in the street

It’s okay but not the best. The location is in the city centre, however it’s on a very busy street with lots of bars, so it’s really noisy at night, which might be a problem for light sleepers. Personally I slept fine, so it’s not a huge problem. It was clean, however a bit small. Overall it’s decent.

In the evenings and at night it is a bit noisy due to the large number of restaurants and bars around. Mind the stairs: going up and down the stars can be quite challenging.

for light sleepers or in the summer it can be quite noisy: the windows overlook the busy street with bars and clubs, which is why it is quite noisy until late at night. in February, when I stayed, it was normal because people did not walk later than 3 am. in any case, more than bearable, but for those who need silence, it is better to choose another place.

nice room, small but enough for two people. The room has everything you need: a few towels, toiletries, a hair dryer and air conditioning. The shower and toilet pretty small. convenient location in the city center, close to bars and restaurants, less than 20 minutes walk from the central station.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this place.

Staff were lovely, so friendly. They looked after my bag for me until check in and placed it in my room and again on my day of departure. The room was lovely and clean. Bed was really comfy. Perfect size for me and my 5-year old to share. Great location. Everything you could need in a tiny room.

We had sour room on fourth floor,the stairs are tiny, there in no lift, so it was hard for us with baby and staff.

Everything was ok 👍 the personal are friendly, the location is good, around the hotel there are restaurants and cafes so you don’t have to worry about food. But noisy at night.

But the great location is also a downside because the street is always noisy at night and even with the window closed it's not the best if you want to go to sleep early. The curtain was also a bit small and I couldn't have complete darkness in the room at night. Finally, there is no elevator in the hotel. For me it was okay, maybe it should be said more clearly.

The location is great, right in the center of Rotterdam where all the bars and restaurants are and within walking distance of the central train station. The room was also good, clean, comfortable bed and not too small.
