Such a lovely location and the outlook from the property is amazing. Ballstad is a good central location in Lofoten. The bed was comfy and our apartment was cosy and warm.

Staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. We were traveling on rainy and snowy day, the road was close, so we arrived very late behind schedule. Staff was waiting for us until late night and sent instruction.

Very quiet location and personal. We were upgraded to a much larger unit with jacuzzi, unfortunately we did not have time to try it. The food in the restaurant is exquisite. The best of all the restaurant we had tried in Lofoten. Too bad during our stay it rained so hard, we did not get a chance to really enjoy the beautiful scenery

The restaurant food was good, but we found it a bit overpriced. Still, it was a nice dining experience overall with great staff.

The bathroom was very clean and spacious. Breakfast is simple but tasty. We were warmly welcomed by spontaneous staff member from the Netherlands. She gave us a great reception. The location at the harbour is fantastic.

We kind of struggled to adjust room temperature, first It was too cold then it became too hot as we adjusted.I guess it takes longer than usual to adjust it.

I loved how easy going people were working there and they were too kind to upgrade our room.We liked the view on our window the most.Kitchen supplies were totally more than enough.

Wish that the fireplace was open after 9pm. The reception living area was really warm and inviting but the fireplace was out by 9pm as that’s when service ends. Was also told that the kitchen closes at 8pm and restaurant closes at 9pm too.

Really like the cosy layout and the comfy design suite looking out to the sea. Decor was modern and real lit attractive. Great to have an attached restaurant that locals come to too. Sauna was free to use as part of room booking and that was very much appreciated. Food service at restaurant was fast and the service from all staff was friendly and great.

There are a couple of minor suggestions. It has a great kitchen but not enough utensils to cook properly. Eg no sharp knife other than a bread knife, no oven glove, no bowls for cereal, no frying pan. Also there was a fan in the kitchen that ran all night and was quite noisy.

Lovely view. Modern bathroom and kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Very friendly and welcoming staff. We only stayed one night and booked at the very last minute when our flight was cancelled and we had to spend another night in Lofoten. We made a good choice as very convenient for Leknes airport. Good wifi and TV.

The shower leaked but they fixed it that day! It’s great to see them take a “complaint” seriously and be so responsive.

The room was gorgeous! It’s felt modern, clean and cozy. It had a kitchenette with a refrigerator, plates and a kettle. Breakfast was mostly cold options but also hot eggs and good coffee. We loved it! Alex, the manager, was super nice and gave us great tips on what to do.
