Situation was perfect. Very close to metro station, easy to go around Lisbon. Grocery just across the street, bakery almost next door. Very helpfull staff, nice and clean apartment with all the facilities. Luggages were able to bring before check-in and leave after check-out.

What I didn’t like wasn’t related to the accommodation, but to the city — there were a lot of homeless people and some suspicious individuals hanging around street corners.

Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The check-in was very easy because the lady at the reception was there and was very kind to us. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet for resting, everything was very clean, and the items were quite new. I really appreciated having a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a dryer.

It's quite noisy inside from the street that is just next to the building.

I think that the soundproofing with the exterior can be better especially that our appartment was giving to an animated street.

The property was so clean and you have a metro station and a bus station in front of the appartment. Vanessa who was there at the check in was really helpful and smiling all the time and showed us and explained to us evth we should know for our stay.

No decent bedside reading lamps and only one bedside table, no bread knife/cutting board, kitchen paper or cereal bowls. Unfortunately these things are often missing from most apartments, so not excepcional, but a little annoying nevertheless. That’s why it doesn’t get a 10.

Clean, spacious, well located next to metro station (or 20 mins walk to historic centre), hot shower, friendly staff and luggage storage available 9.30-19.30, time recepcionist is there.

There is nothing I didn’t like about my stay here

The property was clean and in a convenient area in Lisbon nearby nice cafes and restaurants, the property was safe and well maintained. The rooms had plenty of space and were very clean. We had ended up being in a stressful situation due to a power outage in Portugal the staff at this property were nothing short of exemplary , they went above and beyond to ensure that we felt safe and comfortable during this time and their hospitality is something that I will not forget. There is no other place I’d rather stay from now on when coming to Lisbon. Would highly recommend staying here to all my friends and family.

There was nothing 137 Lux Residence could do about the power outage. But staff ensured we were in safe hands during our stay.

The staff at 137 Lux Residence are exceptional. Even though we arrived quite late in the evening Vanessa made the check in easy. Our studio accommodation was fantastic, with everything we needed. The kitchen is such a clever design; I don't know how they managed to fit it all in but it works. We had an 9-hour power outage during our stay in Lisbon which meant that we couldn't see as much of the City as we wanted. But on our return to the hotel we were escorted up to the 6th floor with a torch to light the way as the lifts weren't working. It was exciting being in the centre of the City when the lights came back on, overlooking a residential area and hearing people hooting, clapping and whistling. It made for a different experience but one we'll never forget. When we checked out Sandra put pen to paper, recommending restaurants and cafes at our next destination. I highly recommend this accommodation and hope to return.

It was a great stay, with no issues.

There was a nice welcome basket of crackers and jam and M&Ms! Plus, there was coffee and sugar, which we really appreciated. The room was large (although the shower was rather small), and there are blackout blinds on the windows, which we really liked. Having a kitchen with a fridge and microwave was handy as well.

-Couldn’t make the TV work (and it should probably be in the bedroom) -When we arrived, there was a party downstairs and we didn’t feel very safe at first, but didn’t have anything similar happen later on -The shower is pretty small

A bit far from downtown…. Not a very charming neighborhood, but close to an amazing Nepali restaurant, which was delicious

Very clean, location great, 30-second walk to metro, few stops from the center, 10-15 min by car from the airport, staff were amazing!! My son and I were stuck for 2 extra nights because of fire at Heathrow airport, they sorted us out with a new apartment with a very reasonable price, very kind. Highly recommended!! Thank you for great service!!
