We thought the hotel had a communal laundry (but it didn't). - we may have misunderstood this though.

Free Wifi worked well. Staff friendly and answered questions promptly before arrival. Room is as pictured. Lots of power points. Had a mini fridge. Air con worked well. Very quiet at night. Shower had good water pressure. Parking along street was ample as well as the secure parking was reasonably priced and we utilised that (it would be very narrow and tight getting into the underground, secure parking if you have a larger car though). Reception gave us a kettle, mugs and spoons to use in our room which was really appreciated. Would stay again if we were ever back in Aveiro.

Not very supportive for earlier check in or later check out, even if request is for a half an hour.

SPA access was the highlight, although paid separately for deducted price for hotel customers. SPA staff made sure to feel even more welcomed. Room has all needed with comfortable bed and breakfast.

The first room they gave me, 109, had a window over a terrace with chairs and tables that had the potential of being non private and noisy. I was told that the terrace wasn't in use but I insisted on being moved to another room as I was there for a full week and needed to work. I am happy I was moved as I saw people out there talking and smoking. The room that I stayed with, 309, opened to the same terrace but from above, that was enough for my privacy.

Staff were great. The place was super clean and a great location. The room was very small, smaller than what it looks in the photos. I travel from Australia so I have a big suitcase that I had nowhere to put, but I just unpacked and it was OK - but I had to be tidy! The gym and spa were great but I was disappointed to learn that I had to pay 10 euro every time I used the gym.

The place was easy to find. It is located in a quiet residential area, within walking distance of the historical city center. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I don't speak Portuguese, but everyone we met on our trip to Portugal could speak perfect English, and we didn't experience any issues. The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay.

My pillow was not the most comfortable. I would have liked to see more hot food options for breakfast.

Hotel was slightly outside the historic center and was quiet. Bed was comfy and the room was well appointed. Breakfast had real eggs and crispy bacon.

Good location and very good breakfast. Easy to access to the center of city and all facilities on the hotel was perfect. Especially breakfast was really better than i expected.
