Nothing not to like.

The river view suite was outstanding on the 3rd floor. River views from every window. 12 out of 10 for luxury. Evening, all you can eat buffet in the riverside bar/restaurant was exceptional and great value for money.

IT WAS QUITE COLD THAT NIGHT AND THE HEATER WAS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY. THE MANAGER TRIED TO FIX THE SITUATION BUT WITH NO RESULTS. FINALLY HE ARRANGE ANOTHER ROOM FOR US, WHICH WAS PERFECT. COULD NOT THANK ENOUGH THE EFFORT HE PUT IN FOR OUR COMFORT.

- There was a slight "ocean" smell in the bathroom but it didn't bother us.

- Friendly and welcoming staff. Gave us clear instructions on parking and how to get to the breakfast area. - This was probably the most spacious room and bathroom we had during our trip to Portugal. It was nice, clean and comfortable. - The property is pretty; it feels like being on a resort). In the morning, we had a nice view of horses and storks from our balcony. - Very good selection for breakfast. We especially liked their pancake, eggs, mushrooms and choices of pastries.

This hotel is amazing. The room is very spacious, the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is very good and all the facilities are great! I had massage two times at the spa and they were awesome. The pool view is also amazing. I highly recommend this hotel :)

Restaurant was a little overcomplicated with different types of menus but no real complaints.

Really nice hotel with a beautiful pool and good location to make easy journeys into Portimão, etc. Helpful staff who even have a complimentary bottle for my mums birthday, very kind!

Love the location and ambience. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool amazing and views unbeatable. Hotels clean & well managed, location is perfect. - great, friendly and helpful staff - provided dinner before check in even though we late arrived at 10pm, really kind of the hotel staffs and that was our first impression. - overall excellent service (room service, restaurant, concierge etc.) - convenient location - near to slide&splash - good restaurant and bars in the hotel, with good quality food, buffet dinner was super and excellent selections of delicious breakfast items. - design & quality and dedication to eco-goals. I would certainly recommend this hotel and stay there again.

Nice clean well laid out hotel, secure parking for our motorcycles in the under hotel car park. Welcoming friendly staff. Nice size room, large bed, plenty of storage space and good access to plug sockets. His & her sinks in the bathroom with a nice large shower. Breakfast and evening meals was a choice of a large varied selection of food, well replenished and freshly made. The pool was nice, if not a little cold (early June) but was OK once you were fully in. Laundrette was a 5 minute walk away (Good thing when motorcycle touring), train station a 12 minute walk away. Well recommended and would be happy to stay here again.

The biggest problem was the hot food at breakfast - that wasn’t hot. Breakfast started at 7am, but I turned up at 7:15-7:30 and already the bacon, eggs, mushrooms were tepid at best. There are a couple of things missing from the room to make it a more usable & comfortable space, namely a kettle/toaster would have been great to have rather than boiling water in a pan for a coffee. A microwave would have been really useful too, maybe these are in the full-on suite, but as a solo traveller on a motorbike, there wasn’t any room to pack a kettle. Some cushions on the sofa would have been good to have instead of having to use the pillows from the bed. Also, theres no light in the main seating area meaning you have to have the light from the kitchen on, which isnt great if you drop something at night near the patio. The plug in the bathtub leaked quite quickly, so a bath after a long ride was a rushed affair. And annoyingly, the shower panel is fixed, so you have to reach behind the panel and activate the shower meaning you’re going to get wet unless you have lightning reactions :) All these are trivial really, and more ‘constructive criticism’ than complaints. I’d stop there again in a heartbeat.

I had a junior suite, so I had somewhere to sit and watch tv, a kitchen (ish) and somewhere to sit and eat, as well as a bedroom and bathroom of course. The rooms were of a good size, bed was excellent and the underground parking was a weight off my mind given that I was travelling by motorbike. The staff were exemplary. Very helpful, spoke excellent english, attentive and good fun. The room was clean, reception manned all the time and the phone answered quickly. I even got a small plate of fruit delivered after checking in, and there was a bottle of water waiting too. The breakfast has a good selection of food both hot (see below) and cold with a person cooking fresh pancakes and/or fried eggs to order (although I didn’t use his services). Location wise, it’s a bit of a walk (38 mins) into Portimao down some very busy roads but there is a small supermarket and a couple of small restaurants with a couple of minutes walk. It’s right on the riverbank as well, so you have something to look at. The bedroom was dark and quiet allowing me to sleep well on the large comfortable bed.

We had to buy caps for the indoor pool and they cost €5 each, which is expensive, when founding the dissapointig small pool, no chance to swim there. Although the jacuzzi was warm and great.

Nice modern hotel with good facilities. Views from the terrace are outstanding. Spacious, modern and very clean room, large comfortable beds, fridge. Clean and great bathroom. Nice eating area with seating indoors and outdoors. Beautiful outdoor pool (unfortunately could in the February) with great views of the river and sunsets. Big free parking. Good wifi. The quality of breakfast was good, although it could be more choices.

If a hotel advertises 'SPA' as part of it's facilities, then it should have a spa in proper conditions. The turkish bath wasn't working, the fountains in the pool also weren't working and the jacuzzi water was tepid and the surrounding area needed to be cleaned. The breakfast was decent but the eggs were strange.

Spacious room, modern and a big comfortable bed. Clean room and great bathroom. Excellent eating area (seating indoors and outdoors) Lots of free parking.

Nothing major. I thought the indoor pool was gong to be bigger. In the end, we didn't use it though...

All good, plus to celebrate Valentines Day we wanted to have a little picnic and bottle of wine we bought (not from hotel) in our room. The staff were generous and flexible, provided plates etc, and even uncorked the wine for us! That sort of adaptability made it a very welcoming place to be.

There was a fishy smell in our room, we complained about it and hotel staff gave us a special air freshener. They said that someone is cooking mussels in other room, but it probably was sewage system.

This hotel is perfect!!! We stayed there at Christmas period it was so nice the room so big and new, the inside pool and especially the jacuzzi was perfect and so relaxing. The restaurant was good with variety of foods and so tasty. we would like to stay there again sometime.
