Bathroom in apartment is the only thing I could say and essential shop milk, bread, coffee, tea, water, rolls etc came to nearly 100 euro so the small shop is expensive but a lot of shops close by that I discovered.

Safe area for kids to have freedom, serious amount of pools, tennis, soccer. The location and walk to the beach is unreal! One of the most beautiful places I have been to.

Have nothing negative to comment to be honest.

Overall a great experience. Checked in quick, extended our stay without any hassle, loved the location and amenities in the complex both as easy accessibility to other places around. As a young family we are extremely happy with our pick.

The room was a bit dated, but it was very clean. Overall great value for money!

Great location with easy access to the beach. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Loved having a patio to enjoy the ocean view. The resort is close to Albufeira town centre so it was convenient to get groceries or go to restaurants.

Apartment was on grand Floor and was a little bit of mouldy air because no sunshine but still not so bad.

Everything was great.. close to everywhere. Kids were happy lots to do. We were beggining of April weather was ok suuny days and cloudy days but for us was good eunagh. We even swimming. Higly recommended.You will find what You like 100% Very close to New town And Old town by taxi App bọlt is the best and cheap!

You can use all attractions from 3 hotels,very close to beautiful beach. Lots of swimming pools and attractions for children. Spotless rooms and very well equipped.Very nice staff and hotel exceeded our expectations.

The cleaning stuff could be a bit more diligent, it was clean but parts were missed. There is not a lot of parking, and that was already an issue in March, can't imagine later on. The breakfast is very small and monotone, there is not much change, it is ok, but not outstanding

The variety of the landscape and amenities is great, having a direct beach access is an incredible thing that we absolutely adored. The staff was forthcoming and super friendly, always there to help with anything we needed

I absolutely LOVED the aparthotel: facilities, breakfast, location- fantastic gardens , you walk through the gardens to the beach, miles of sandy beaches, uninterrupted views...Many bars around, on the territory of the complex, wonderful kitchen in our apartment, beautiful terraces,fantastic value for money

There was a fair bit of building work (drilling) going on while we were there in Feb, but we understood they were trying to get it done out of season.

The village has a lovely feel: low rise properties with plenty of well established & well cared for plants, trees and lawns. All have easy access to one of the many pools. And the beach is just a walk down the steps.

My son did manage to shut his hand in a door there, which wasn’t the most pleasant experience. But the staff were super helpful with dealing with the injury - especially Carolina Moro.

Cold room . Air conditioning not working as wanted to heat the room for my young son with it. Having to carry the baby stroller up and down steps to access the apartment.

Every single second of our stay at Alfagar Village was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. Our room was exceptional—spotlessly clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The tranquillity of the surroundings was a breath of fresh air, offering a much-needed escape from the busyness of everyday life. It was peaceful, relaxing, and simply wonderful. This was our seventh visit to Alfagar Village, and somehow, it only keeps getting better. The improvements over the years have been remarkable, and this time, we particularly noticed how much the Wi-Fi has improved, making everything even more convenient. The entire team is incredibly friendly, always ready to help with a smile. One of the most heartwarming moments was when even the electrician took the time to sing songs in our native language, making us feel truly at home. We are deeply grateful to every single person who made our stay so exceptional. Alfagar Village continues to exceed all expectations, and we can’t wait to return again.

It's a big property so if you don't enter from the right gate it can be a bit confusing to find the reception. There are signs everywhere so it was more on us.

There was a sparkling wine waiting for us since we had told the hotel that we are on our honeymoon. The apartment was big with a big terrace. The view from the terrace was amazing!

Air-conditioning could have been better in our rooms, as we could not control the temp as required. We could not have it in the fan mode or any set temp as it was getting cut off very quickly. Toilets did not have any windows or exhaust. Not enough toiletries were provided for three people. The mini market on site was very helpful but very expensive comparatively. Placement of the plug points was very inconvenient in the bedroom and also poor lighting in the bedroom. There was a lot of diy/maintenance work taking place outside our block of flats, which was very noisy and inconvenient, especially when on holiday. Not many english channels are available on the television.

The location was excellent. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. Good facilities like swimming pool, sauna, gym, restaurant,bar etc. Having a mini market inside was very helpful. Parking facilities were good. Had two swimming pools open throughout the year, one heated outdoors and one heated indoors. Other pools were seasonal. Cleanliness was very good. Good wifi connection throughout the property.

The only negative I can think of is that it would be nice to have a few more items in the kitchen, i.e. salt
