Everything was great!

We had a wonderful stay at Altis Prime! The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the housekeeping service is impeccable. Our room was spacious, quiet and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is central yet very calm and peaceful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. A special thank you to Krasimira Dobreva and the entire team.Each member of the staff was exceptional. Upon learning that our flight was late in the evening, they kindly offered us a late check-out, which we truly appreciated. We were also able to use the luggage storage, which made our last day much easier. Breakfast was good, with a bit of everything to suit different tastes. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience and would happily return to Altis Prime in the future!

The location of the hotel was very nice. You can easily reach the central points by walking. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Daily cleaning is done and a bottle of water are left in the rooms every day. Breakfast was good. It was a pleasant 5-day experience with 2 children. The hotel can be preferred for a comfortable accommodation

Almost everything was great, but some small things did stand out that distracted from the experience. -The really big and beautiful room was not super clean when we entered. -It was so nice that an hour after we checked in some lovely guy brought popcorn for the kids and two pastel de natas for the adults. Unfortunately the pastries were really bad -The sun deck looked great, but the hot tub there was not filled with water. When we asked why, it was mentioned because of the weather. Even though weather was great and dry.

Overall good experience, mainly because of the lovely staff. Especially the people at reception (João) and cleaning were really friendly. The suite was great for a family of four with smaller children. Breakfast was great with some stand out things like fizzy wine and fresh strawberries.

Our room had a bathtub with an overhead and handheld shower, but no curtain. It was hard to not get water all over the place.

The hotel is in an excellent location, convenient to metro stops, restaurants and shopping. The staff were super helpful. The room was big. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The breakfast buffet had lots of options and ran from 7-10:30, so plenty of time to eat. I would definitely stay again.

Great location close to the city centre, but well away from the tourist throngs. Great breakfast buffet staffed by a wonderfully hospitable crew. The staff were excellent.

The shower water running along the sides of the bath. A shower curtain or door would have helped. Breakfast choices were only ok.

Our room was very spacious and very well equipped. Clean and comfortable hotel in a great central location. Kids loved the little treats, colouring left for them from the hotel.

All was great during our stay

The suite was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. Very nice front desk employees. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

The designs of the kitchens look good but very impractical especially when it comes to washing dishes. The bath is not designed for showering but its the only option for shower. But you cannot also use it as a bath because the hot water runs out after 5 minutes. OK, I can shower, but when you shower, you cannot leave anything on the bath area as it will become soaked in the shower water. Also, accessing the shower is not easy as you need to fold the glass panel into the bath to get access it, but then youre standing in the way of the glass to then access the shower. Pillow menu might be helpful as I chose not to travel with my pillow but found the only options available all the same and too high. No gym and no direct access to Altis Grand gym next door. You have to pay for it and they do not give a reasonable price for it just to access the gym (only one price that assumes you want to use all facilities).

Most important for us is that the hotel is welcoming of pets and does charges a one off fee for deep clean after which makes so much more sense to me that a nightly charge. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast not amazing but decent. Its in a fantastic position in the city. Not on a super noisy street but close to all. Parking is also at a reasonable cost if required.

Providing milk would be nice, for the tea/coffee. Nothing else!

Really clean and modern. Spacious apartment. Very quiet. Cooking facilities are handy to have if needed. Free tea/coffee and mini bar/snacks also available (not free, but reasonably priced and good selection). Staff really friendly and accommodating, couldn't do enough to help! Thank you.
