That was our second stay and as the first one had the most uncomfortable bed that this time we had an amazing bed. And very comfortable bed!!!!

Wifi was bad from the room. Towels etc. were quite stained/worn, just felt like it needed a bit of freshening up in some areas.

Central location near marina and old town was great. Quiet at night and plenty of room. Staff friendly and restaurant downstairs is useful for breakfast,tea and coffee. Clean, comfortable and good value.

Ugly odor from shower drain. In their defense, I did not complain to them about it during my stay.

Very small room, mattress was terrible, toilet very bad layout, no space to keep anything, not even the towels, quite a lot noise coming from air-conditioning machinery.

The hotel is close to the train station. Many bars and restaurants Room was clean and the staff friendly.

There is no real wheelchair access; one side steps; on the other side, through the restaurant with significant step and no ramp. Unable to manage alone. Bathroom for wheelchair users: There are no grab rails in the shower and no hook for the shower head. The grabrails next to the toilet are loose; they look like they are coming off the wall.

The Hotel was in a good location close to everything one would need, however be aware that flights start taking off from about 6:30am and it is LOUD if you have the windows open. It's slightly better with them closed. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Breakfast only started at 8am, which is kinda late for someone with a toddler & it was all done freshly, which delayed it a bit but it was nice & the lady serving it was wonderful!! She was so kind & made a lovely latte!!! The room was massive but the corridor smelled like dampness… also one of the nights someone tried our door by accident, but quickly moved on… another night some guys came back at around 4am & were quite loud but that had nothing to do with the hotel!!!! In general, it’s clean with super comfy beds & lovely staff & an absolute ideal location. Would defo return!!!

Metal hand rail in reception by stairs very loose, an accident waiting to happen. Every time upon returning in the morning after a walk etc. the key card came up red, had to go back down to reception to have it re-coded, 4 days in a row. Reception not manned, have to press buzzer and wait to be seen.

I'm not sure how they could improve, we loved it.

Location is critical for us, the area was flat and they have a lift therefore it was perfect, we also got a room with a balcony.

Only issue is the windows aren't soundproof. I had a room over the front of the hotel and could hear people from the local bar until 1am.

The room didn’t have a tea/coffee area in the room. The shower room is a clever use of space under the eaves but there was insufficient ventilation-even with the extractor fan- so there was always a stale,damp smell in the shower room.

Located just inside the Old Town and across from the marina. The rooms were well laid out with a small balcony. Friendly staff. Reasonable restaurant.
