You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomGreat location, and well maintained hotel, the staffs are friendly and the rooms are quiet with two layers of windows! They’ve got two bathrooms and a kitchen (equipped with a fridge and a microwave) on the third floor shared between 5-6 rooms, the room is clean and enough for two with a suitcase. Location is great with easy access to key transport links!

PortugalWe love pillows so more than two small pillows (i.e. one per sleeper) would have been amazing (but not expected).
The hosts were exceptional! From personal check in, to around the clock helpful reception attendees, to food recommendations, to baggage storage after check-out, to free use of sturdy umbrellas, to a late check out/ early check in, this place works to serve! The location was perfect and right on the metro with plenty to see, do and eat. Sharing the bathrooms was no problem and both stayed very clean. The closet had enough hangers. The small room had just what we needed for our brief visit (and soundproof). We will be back!

United StatesThere is no AC, but there were 2 high powered fans that kept me cool at night in September.
Clean, super comfortable bed, very close to a metro station. Hosts were extremely friendly and informative. Told me about an event happening on the Praca I did not know about. No elevator but staff helped me take my luggage up a few flights of stairs - that wasn't expected but def appreciated. TV in room was a nich surprise. Use of a spotless kitchen was handy. Bathrooms equally clean.

CanadaThe hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so walking up to the third floor is a bit tiring. However, the staff are very kind—they helped carry the luggage, and even gave a fridge magnet as a souvenir when leaving, which was very thoughtful.
The location is very central, with Bus 28 stop downstairs and the subway station just a 3-minute walk away, making transportation extremely convenient.
