Parking a bit difficult, but not your fault. The area is busy. The pillows in the bedroom were good, but could be better. But overall, ok.

The beds seemed comfortable but somehow we weren't able to sleep well.

We liked the warmed-up swimming pool and the breakfast. The views from the hotel were also fantastic.

The property was spotless. The staff from reception, breakfast and bar staff and cleaners were just so friendly, kind and helpful. Hotel room was beautiful with amazing views of the beach. Location was great and walking distance to everything. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had with delicious choices to suit everyone.

Our room was cleaned on the first day but on the second day- only the sheets were pulled up. I understand it was my fault for the room being messy but it felt as though no housekeeping came at all. Example- towels in bathroom/ empty water bottles not removed or replaced

I liked how close it was to beach and our balcony with a seaview was amazing! Receptionists were lovely and the breakfast exceeded my expectations

Have to pay extra to use spa facilities ( like pool, jacuzzi etc). The main pool is a bit small for a busy period.. Have different types of music on different days for entertainment.

Coming home 😩

This is my 3rd time at Jupiter Algarve and I just love everything about it. So clean, friendly and right on the doorstep of an amazing beach. The staff are very friendly especially Marcello. He remembered me from my last visit and looked after us with lovely food and drinks. He should be promoted to manager as he is simply outstanding and works extremely hard 👌🥰🌞🍹

They decorated the room for my daughter’s birthday! Nice extra touch. Breakfast was exceptional

Perhaps some more light in the bedroom would be nice to have. There is an AC unit unit in the bedroom, but when we take a shower ( during the winter time), it will take some time for the moisture to go away without mechanical ventilation in the bathroom.

The hotel was in a great location. Just minutes walk from the beach. The hotel is also very close to many restaurants, bars and shops. We came as a family and stayed over Christmas, we really appreciate the outdoor pool which was covered for the kids. The breakfast was delicious and had many options. I especially liked the chef cooking eggs to your liking. The bar staff and reception staff were extremely accommodating. A special mention to Marcelo who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

The only thing was the lighting in our room. It really needs a central ceiling light. Too dim to read unless you are lying on the bed at the head of the bed.

We loved everything about this hotel. The hotel was very nice and the staff also. The breakfast and dinners were excellent. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and efficient. Very close to the beach and driving distance to many places for sightseeing.

First I want to say: Thank you Jupiter Algarve Hotel for a really nice stay. Jupiter Algarve Hotel is located alongside the Rocha Beach, which is a lovely, very clean beach. We booked a double room with a front sea view and the balcony, breakfast included. Our room was upgraded to the higher floor room as I requested with no extra charge. We got 10% voucher to use in the hotel restaurant and SPA . The room was beautiful with the coffee machine, the kettle and the free coffee pods and the tea bags. The balcony was good sized, sea view was exceptional. The room and bathroom were very clean, bed was comfortable. We got the free access to the outdoor heated pool. We are vegetarian and we don’t eat fish as well, but we have not been disappointed at the breakfast buffet. We had a plenty of choices. We also had a dinner twice in the evening at the hotel restaurant. It was in the form of buffet as well. The selection of food suitable for us was really good. Everything was fresh and tasty. Staff in all hotel was really nice, friendly and helpful.

I find the Spa one of the best that I have experience, it was clean, the water temperatures was just enjoyable good value for money and would visit again just to enjoy the spa and the lovely massage

Breakfast was good, a wide choice of hot and cold food to choose from however I would have like to have a Portuguese menu included also most of the staff was excellent especial the older staff.
