We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaHaving an internal window is the only option to get light in the room, but the vertical blind is too short and lets in the hallway light, as does the big gap under the door. And no we can’t give you milk for coffee in your room, go to the supermarket if you want milk- ouch
It looks like they’ve spent a lot on this place, but they’ve come up short on a couple of things. Good location and very comfortable bed

United KingdomI wanted to use the kettle to make baby’s breakfast but it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while as it had rotten dirt inside, I showed the staff and they apologised and handled it nicely. Everything else was clean, I’s suggest the house keepers to keep an eye on the kettles. The lifts are quite tiny for strollers (can’t contain more than 2-3 people) but with a little tilt we managed. A bar would have been nice for parents like us who can’t go out for late night drinks but there are places nearby at a walking distance to buy drinks if you want. The full English Breakfast we paid for wasn’t a proper breakfast as there was no bacon, no mushroom and only scrambled eggs. However I believe these are things that can be worked on.
The location of this property is great, very close to everywhere we went to with an average of €4-6 by bolt each way (Family with a toddler). The staff where really amazing and professional. Our room was a very decent size with a small fridge and the bathroom was neat.

NetherlandsThe walls were very thin and I could hear everything my neighbors were talking about, and unfortunately they were noisy late at night. I asked the staff to help and they really did everything in their power, but the neighbors continued to bother me.
Excellent location, subway and supermarkets nearby. You can also get to the center on foot. I felt safe in the neighborhood. Very polite and friendly staff, clean room and all necessary things for your stay.
