Saw Dr Ava on a few occasions and didn’t acknowledge our presence.We stayed 4 days there but hadn’t known about yoga retreat.Outside of breakfast no meals unless you sign up for her retreats.

The unbelievable service so complemented the wonderful hotel, spa and gardens. The manager Tiago is honestly the most diligent, amazing manager I've ever had the pleasure to be looked after by anywhere. Top stay can't recommend them enough. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed, but was told it opens again on the 21st September.

We didnt really have any pre-determined ideas about the hotel apart from that it was a bit remote and that some of the reviews were a little off putting but we loved every minute of our stay! The breakfasts were great and the staff were so helpful and friendly but the star of the show was Deevo! A beautiful character with a great heart :)

Everything was good, would be great to have a mini fridge in the room but this is very negligible thing.

Details for improvement would be some loose tiles at the pool and matching umbrellas (this felt out of character given the eye for detail for the rest of the building). But none of these took away from the experience.

Making a 4* hotel just requires some amenities. But a 4* experience requires dedication for details and great and highly professional staff. All of which was achieved. Especially the service level of the staff rivaled 5* hotels I have visited. My compliments

Breakfast buffet always missed something, small variety, coffee machine always having a problem, orange juice you have to order - not directly available. I would likely recommend the hotel to swap from buffet to breakfast delivered to each table (assortment of bread, cold cuts, fruits, juice and coffee).

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Extremely comfortable room, silent location, with easy access (by car) to multiple beaches and cities.

Maybe the lack of a little fridge in the room

It is a really good place to disconnect, to feel close to nature and every detail was special, mainly the piano which was an incredible surprise for me. The whole staff was very kind, i remember Enzo in special, but all of them make you feel very confortable. I had good luck also with the others guests, so everything was positive. Thank you!!:)

The location is amazing and it’s so quiet! We even saw falling stars from the roof! The room was comfortable and the bed was heavenly! Very clean too. The breakfast was delicious and also had dinner at the property. Everything is 5* and we would happily return!

A fantastic hotel that probably the best I have ever stayed at, and ive stayed at a lot!! Everything is perfect from the check in to the departure. Staff all friendly and Vesna looked after our every need. The comfort is incredible as is the food. The bonus is Divo.

Hidden gem. Great Hammam. They went out of their way to accommodate my family of eight people for a last minute delicious dinner. Vesna the manager was amazing.
