Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaWould have liked a hair salon on the premises as there is not much in the town and did not want to go outside the resort. Was attending a wedding so needed that facility.
Liked all the facilities and enjoyed the Club Room. Most of the hotel is air-conditioned and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The swimming facilities and the walk on the beach were wonderful. Their Wellness centre is also very peaceful and relaxing. Their laundry service is also very good. Overall an excellent stay.

ThailandWe have a dinner buffet at the hotel. for the price, I expected more variety of food. The staff are polite but could be more efficient. I was asked to sign a bill that I didn't order (turned out it 's for another room) and another time housekeeper brought a towel for my mom and insisted that I ask (I didn't, I was at the pool)
Great breakfast, clean room. The receptionist was very good. Nice room. Big Pool.

VietnamThey had signposted that people couldnt reserve a seat at the pool with a towel (great!), but this rule was not at all enforced by the staff. As a result all the seat were already taken before breakfast. We would appreciate the staff enforcing this rule. Also the rooms werent as sound proof as advertised. The gym and sauna close at 21.00 and 20.00 respectively. So don't count on going to do some sport or relaxing once the kids went to sleep. Pretty far from the action of Hua Hin.
Lovely pool, good breakfast, and excellent rooms. Staff was great and the hotel had a great gym. The breakfast was what was expected from this type of hotel, but the thai restaurant of the hotel was excellent.

TaiwanIt is a bit too far from the city. The power system was not stable: two power trips during my stay. The lady on the guest service call was not very polite.
The pool is deep enough (220cm) and I really like it. The breakfast is very good, much better than those in Dusit Manila. Waiter and waitress are very polite and with smiles.

AustraliaNot a great deal within walking distance so be prepared to use the free shuttle or taxi, otherwise great for relaxing and recharging.
Paid for the executive room/access which did not disappoint. Executive lounge was ‘wow’! Food throughout the day was superb. Executive breakfast was wonderful. Facilities did not disappoint. Being on the beach was a bonus.

United KingdomMy second time staying at the hotel. Both times, there have been events happening. The majority of this stay was overtaken by a wedding, which was okay for the first couple of days as was located away from the main poolside. But the final day was at the beach main pool area & took over the whole day. Felt very intrusive & not the relaxing break I'd hoped for. Check before booking what events they have planned.
The staff are lovely.

United KingdomThe club lounge is a nice room but the catering was only just adequate and needs to improve. The whole experience was marred by two major weddings taking up 5 days out of the week. The first wedding was well handled with limited disruption and pleasant to witness. The second wedding was dreadful with excessively loud music and a terrible MC who loved the sound of his own amplified voice. The quite relaxation around the pool was disturbed on two days and in the evenings there was no escape in the guest rooms or the restaurants. Clearly the management failed to monitor this event although did react at night after complaining so at least we could sleep.
Our suite was exceptional, with service to match. The pool, the grounds and the lagoon were fabulous. Everything about this resort is 5 star.

TaiwanMaybe it’s a mega big resort or it happens to be their busiest of the year or the language barriers, on our arrival we asked different stuff there about the information of baby goats farm, answers were not clear and a bit confusing…. We kind of figuring it out by ourselves and during our stay we chatted with our family staying here they also encountered similar issues. Secondly, before our trip we learned from their website that they are available with seven bar/restaurants (not to calculate the dessert bakery) but when we were there literally got the stuck feeling of ‘vegetarian desert’) on the New Year’s Eve… it’s hard to understand how come their breakfast buffet takes care of all different dietaries, including vegetarians. Plus their late night snack also have vegetarian option… But the dinner buffet only available with salad… We asked the restaurant, they kept asking us to ask the other restaurant. So finally we asked the front desk people what’s the best recommendation for vegetarian to eat at here… at first their answer was to ask the restaurant but there was really nothing for us to eat. So we decided to go to town instead of eating here. People work here are really nice and willing to help, but this seems like their company doesn’t think of they’ll have vegetarian guests will eat dinner here.
A beautiful resort offers all age of travelers perfect getaway holiday. We were staying here five nights for celebrating a happy 2025 start. The room with ocean view was fantastic in watching the sunrise and to see the new year down counting fireworks show. The reason we booked here for we google ‘what are the best resorts for kids and family in Hua Hin’ to organize our ‘resorts hopping trip’ with two small kids(6y,1y). Kids love the pool and its nearby beach. But I’ll say what they love most was interacting with the baby goats at their own farm. We visit baby goats every morning after breakfast and their eyes lit up in seeing these little cuties. You can also feed the hens or picking up free ranch eggs and bring home. But since we traveled overseas so we skip this activity. They also have buffalos 🐃 and a big rice farm attaching to the goats area. Apart from outdoor activities, this resort also have an indoor kids room for all sorts of board games, kitchen, painting, crafts activities. The breakfast buffet offers lots of different choices, they offer vegetarian section and lots of good healthy options for vegetarians. It seems like they know how to make vegetarian food, but with a pity after we tried their regular menu for lunch and dinner we decided not to eat here.
