Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Hong KongWhilst the room was clean, unfortunately, we had an issue with ants.
Excellent service from staff. We had an issue with a no-show taxi booking and they were all extremely willing to help find an alternative taxi for us. They were also very helpful in helping us order Grabs to places.

MalaysiaThe water pressure wasn't great but it was still serviceable. There wasn't much room to hang up clothing. One thing we were expecting was to have enough amenities for seven, but were only given four because that's the number of beds in the room.
The beds were clean and relatively comfy. The smart TV was a bonus – it even had Netflix on it. Lots of very affordable food stalls and convenience shops nearby ensured we had plenty to eat and drink. It's also pretty close to the BTS which made travelling to the city pretty easy.

ThailandWhy turn off the refrigerator at night?? Seriously?? Also the water kettle doesn't work during those ours. (Unless you use another power socket, easy for a kettle, not so easy for a refrigerator) That was weird. If we stayed longer I would have insisted on keeping the refrigerator functional during the whole stay.
We liked the bathtub, albeit small and incredibly noisy. Like carton walls between us and the street. Second floor, so probably the loudest room. In the hotel room itself (seems like the bathroom was attached to the front) was fairly quiet. Bed was good and the room was spacious.

The room was very inexpensive, we booked it last minute for one night and enjoyed everything! Walking distance for dinner from Little Big C, and the room had all the essentials.

South AfricaThe shower made the entire bathroom wet including the toilet because there was no curtain to separate the two as a result you could not sit on the toilet without all your clothes getting wet.
The airconditioner worked exceptionally well, the train station was in easy walking distance and there was a laundromat and 7 Eleven close by for convenience. The staff were friendly and quick to respond to requests.

VietnamToo far away from the center (Bangkok). If you want to go to popular check-in place like Siam center mall, China town, traditional markets, etc., you will have to go by taxi (Grab) or MRT, BTS. The distance between 48 Ville Donmuang to the center is around 17-23 km. So going to the center, then going back will take you a while. Oh, a half of the air conditional of our room was not working. Only half of it blows out the cool air, the other half was not working.
Great place to stay. Cute lobby with free coffee and tea. Nice receptionist. Big bed for 3-4 people.

NepalAlas, fair traveler, hark unto this tale of woe concerning an inn of decent stature, yet one that doth languish under the heavy yoke of neglect. With stewardship wise and true, this dwelling might ascend to greatness, a beacon for weary souls; yet, in its present state, it doth crumble into disrepair, a shadow of what could be. The State of Disrepair The lifts and corridors, like the chambers and privies therein, stand most ill-kept, their surfaces besmirched with filth and dust, as if abandoned by the hands of diligent care. Towels, once used and unfresh, were proffered unto us—O grievous affront!—a stain upon the honor of hospitality. Our lodging, it seemed, had not felt the gentle touch of a maid’s broom in many a day, hastily arrayed for our coming, as though our presence were but an afterthought. The Cramped and Woeful Privy The privy itself, a space both small and misshapen, doth mock the coin we parted with to claim it. Its form, unnatural and unworthy, scarce provides comfort, rendering our expenditure a bitter jest. The Mockery of Balconies Two balconies jut forth from the chamber’s bounds, yet they serve no purpose but to taunt us with their uselessness. Like barren branches on a withered tree, they offer neither view nor respite; better had they been struck from the design, granting more breadth within the walls they encumber. The Unhelpful Keeper And lo, the innkeeper’s man, a soul untutored in the Queen’s fair English, doth stand as neither courteous nor aidful. No gentle guide he, but a merchant cold, plying his trade with scant regard for the traveler’s plight, his heart fixed upon profit rather than service. Thus, this inn, though clad in the promise of decency, doth falter beneath the weight of its own neglect, a tragedy writ plain for all who cross its threshold.
The hotel’s location near Don Mueang International Airport is wonderfully convenient, making it an excellent choice for travelers. Each morning, guests are treated to a complimentary breakfast that stands out as a highlight, delivering a hearty and satisfying start to the day. Additionally, the hotel provides regularly scheduled airport shuttles for a modest fee of 50 THB per person—a rate that feels entirely reasonable given its distance from the airport.
