Some amenities needs to be bought rather than provided. Such as washing machine soap and adapters. They are basic expectations. Would be great to have streaming TV in the bedroom as well

It is a great hotel and is reasonably priced. The staff are excellent. To be honest, I could not fault the establishment. I've been there about 4 times in the last 3 months.

The beds were all incredibly hard. One of the rooms was obviously a smokers room in the past. As non smokers we found this highly disgusting and didn't want to be in the room any longer than required. We should have requested another room for enjoyment.

Breakfast had a good selection of varying foods. The kids loved the pool area, a washing machine in one of our rooms was an unexpected bonus. Room size was excellent. Being away from the hustle bustle made the accommodation cheaper.

Balcony was locked - not sure if this was because of the recent earthquakes?? Hotel tuk tuk should do free pick-up from Ekkamai...not just drop off

Great pool area with slide. Ordering food there was very reasonable. Room was large and clean with all facilities. Good view from 31st floor. Lots of toiletries, water, kettle. Free lift to BTS Ekkamai.

Pool area could use some TLC. Huge of traffic during peak hours. Both Bolt and Grab Taxi/Economy car are limited during peak hours.

I enjoyed the apartment style rooms, whereby you have ample living space. The hotel located is near Sukhumvit line, moreover it offers free shuttle service to Ekkamai BTS train station. This is a big bonus to avoid the bustling car traffic on the streets. Train are easy to take, in view that most major malls are on the Sukhumvit green line. It even has a 24hrs “MaxValu” which is similar to a 7/eleven connected to the hotel. It’s great for late night snacks, and all basic goodies. Additionally, there is a “ The Pizza Company” next to the hotel.

Everything about my stay was wonderful. While the hotel is a bit outside the city center, it’s still quite central—only about a 30-minute taxi ride away. The facilities are great, including a pool, gym, and sauna. Unfortunately, the tennis court was closed during my stay, but that wasn’t a big deal. One highlight was the 24/7 convenience store on-site—super handy. My room was spacious and cleaned daily, which I really appreciated. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the corridor and elevator on my floor, which made those areas a bit uncomfortable. Overall, a solid stay and great value.
